Welcome to episode #10 of the Hypnotic Affirmations Podcast. I’m Sonia Devine and I’ll be your relaxation guide today.

This episode is a guided affirmation journey with positive resolutions for the start of a new year.

The start of a new year signifies new beginnings for many people. It’s a time of hope and eagerness for what is coming.

What do you want for yourself in this coming new year? Is it more money? Better relationships? Improved health?

You can have all of those things if you learn to focus your mind on what is wanted instead of what is unwanted.

This episode will help you:

  • Set positive intentions for the year ahead;
  • Feel motivated to change your life for the better
  • Feel uplifted and inspired;
  • Start the new year on a positive note

 

So, find a comfortable place to relax and let go or worry. It’s best to listen with earphones if you can.

I’ll say each affirmation once, and then I’ll leave some time for you to repeat the affirmations either aloud or silently in your mind.
