Energetically speaking, when you want something but feel negative emotion at the same time, you dramatically reduce the likelihood of getting it.
When you say 'I want it but when’s it going to get here??', you may think you’re focusing on the object of your desire, but you’re actually focusing on the absence of it.
Whatever you want, it’s because you think you’ll feel better when you get it. The key is to feel better right now with the knowledge that it’s on the way.

So, find a comfortable place to relax, where you won't be disturbed. It’s best to listen with earphones if you can.
I’ll say each affirmation once, and then I’ll leave some time for you to repeat the affirmations either aloud or silently in your mind.
