There is so much to get done — and most of it due yesterday! For this reason, we often treat sleep like it’s robbing us of time we’d rather spend on other more important things. Hence axioms such as “I’ll sleep when I’m dead,” which offers a false justification and consolation for running ourselves ragged. The fact remains, the things we love in life are better with sleep!
