Setting boundaries is ultimately an act of love, so why doesn't it always involve a tangible, loving intent?

So many people go into a boundary setting interaction steeled-up and close-hearted, leading to those situations being firm, tough and love-less. They trojan-horse their frustrations and annoyances into their boundary setting and take pleasure in getting a rise out of the other.

If we were to change the way we set boundaries, SO much would transform.
