And, most importantly, how to trust yourself and love yourself as you go.

Gemma combines her knowledge and skills as an Internal Family Systems (IFS) Practitioner, LCS Certified Life and Weightloss Coach, and two-times-BSc(Hons) graduate in nutrition and psychology, with the insight gained from her own nearly-30-year battle to end bingeing.
