When everything you've accomplished and learned rattles around in your head instead of on paper, you undermine where you've been and what you overcome. I know it's not intentional; it happens because what has been accomplished gets mixed up with what's next on the list.

Listen for a few thoughts and nuggets on how to reward yourself, reflect on the long list of what you've done, the new skills you've learned and where to go next.
