There are many ways to meditate, so always feel free to make the practice your own. Here I share how I use Mindfulness of Breath to meditate as I learnt from studying the works of Thich Nhat Hanh. There are a few ways to do this. We can count the breath, observe the breath and even gently extend the breath. This practice is part of our GoTH Mindfulness Practice and encouraged to do twice daily. As always make this your own and do what serves you best. Namaste and thank you
