Some people are naturally intuitive and always trust their gut. But others, struggle with trusting themselves. And this affects so many aspects of their lives for they are plagued with self-doubt and fear.

In this episode I talk about two things - I share the story of my dying marriage and how I wasn't able to hear my intuition even though it was quietly screaming at me. How I learned to finally learned that my feelings are often sign posts leading me to a truth that I wasn't able to see.

And I talk about some steps that we can all take to strengthen our trust and faith.
