Thank you for tuning into 'SaaS Simplified.' The goal of this podcast, as the title suggests, is to simplify Software-as-a-Service from top to bottom.
I started my career as an Account Executive, handling everything from cold-calling to qualifying leads, closing deals, and onboarding customers. Over the course of 10 years in SaaS Sales, I have developed a unique selling strategy, which I call the 3-Pronged-Approach to SaaS Sales.
I have also led commercial teams, worked closely with Marketing, Product and Design, and built several go-to-market strategies.
It's important to understand that there is no SaaS MBA program. However, there are playbooks, ideas, and frameworks from other successful founders and executives that you can learn from for your own SaaS business.
This podcast has a dual purpose. First, you will encounter episodes where you will learn and understand my 3-Pronged-Approach to Sales, which includes:
Secondly, you will listen to and learn from top founders and executives in the SaaS industry as I interview them and tease out the details of what made them successful in SaaS.
I believe it is time to move away from improvisation in SaaS.Instead, we should focus on gaining the benefit of the doubt, maintaining momentum, and sealing the deal to grow.
