Before we begin, a quick note, I'm

0:02

recording this on Monday August. After

0:06

twenty years of war. Kabbal and

0:08

Afghanistan fell to the Taliban yesterday

0:11

again. At this very moment, thousands

0:14

of Afghans are crowded into Kabbal International

0:16

Airport, desperately trying to escape.

0:19

Two hours ago, I saw disturbing

0:21

video that immediately reminded me of Nine eleven.

0:24

People falling from the sky, People

0:26

clinging to the landing gear of American planes

0:29

trying to escape, little specs

0:31

falling against a bright blue backdrop. I've

0:34

tried to avoid geopolitics on this show.

0:37

Nine eleven is just as much a human story.

0:40

It still is. And Afghans

0:42

so desperate to escape they fall from

0:44

the sky is no different than an American

0:46

on nine eleven so desperate to escape

0:48

they too fell from a pie. Except

0:51

this could have been avoided. There

0:53

will be time, endless time for politics.

0:56

Not now. There is an ongoing

0:58

and building humanitarian catastrophe.

1:01

Literally as I record this, we America

1:04

have a responsibility to rescue the tens

1:06

of thousands of Afghans who helped us during

1:08

the past twenty years and their families.

1:11

The women activists and l g B t

1:13

Q, people and journalists who feel

1:15

dire fear today. We cannot

1:18

abandon them. This is a podcast.

1:20

We're not going to change the world, but I know

1:22

we have heavy listenership in d C and

1:25

even some listeners in Afghanistan. Afghanistan

1:28

has fallen, but we cannot abandon

1:30

the men and women who helped us, their families,

1:33

the thousands of refugees at the airport

1:35

right now. We are not al Qaeda.

1:37

We should not be responsible for such chaos

1:40

and desperation that people are falling

1:42

from the sky today. From

1:50

my Heart Radio, this is Missing on

1:52

nine eleven, the story of one woman

1:54

who vanished on the eve of history and

1:57

my quest to find her. I'm your host,

1:59

John Zack, So

2:28

today a unique and unusual

2:31

episode We've obtained and

2:33

will air for the first time FBI

2:35

audio recorded at the World Trade Center

2:37

on nine eleven during the attacks. It's

2:40

the only uninterrupted recording of

2:42

any kind to capture both plane crashes.

2:45

Snippets of it have aired before, but never

2:47

the entire thing. It would be

2:49

easy for us to cut it down two crashes

2:52

and screams and cascading debris,

2:55

but I want to air everything. It's

2:57

a piece of history, the final hour

3:00

of normalcy at the Trade Center and

3:02

then the attacks. How the audio

3:04

came to be is interesting in its own

3:06

right. On nine eleven, around

3:08

seven am, two FBI agents

3:11

and a New York City investigator met

3:13

with an informant named Stephen mcgardell

3:15

near City Hall, not far from the Trade

3:17

Center. McCardell was a cooperating

3:19

witness and a corruption investigation. The

3:22

agents wired him with a recorder and

3:24

separately a transmitter. You'll

3:26

hear mcgardell walk to the Trade Center,

3:29

into the mall below the Trade Center. You'll

3:31

hear the murmurs of mundane life, the

3:34

clock taking to catastrophe. Six

3:37

am. McCardell is in the Greenhouse

3:39

cafe inside the Marriott Hotel between

3:42

the towers, on a bench in the plaza.

3:44

Just outside their backs to the north tower

3:47

are the three investigators, including

3:49

FBI Special Agent Rodney Miller. Boom

3:54

stories. But I've felt the heat like

3:56

right on the back of my neck, as if it

3:59

was right there. So I can imagine

4:01

the amount of flame and zee that was

4:03

going on within the building itself, that just

4:06

must have been in an intense fire ball

4:08

that you would fill it from such far away.

4:11

Imagine heat on your neck.

4:13

Look up a skyscraper

4:15

a quarter mile high in the blue sky,

4:18

A massive fireball metal

4:20

and glass rained down on you. It

4:23

was a very close call. Vividly

4:26

one of the other agents that was running

4:29

to the overhang and like every

4:31

time steps she ran like a piece

4:33

of debris with hit like right where

4:35

a foot picked up from the ground right. So

4:38

it was just kind of crazy how

4:41

all that happened. Miller ran

4:43

into the north tower to a security

4:45

desk. He called his bosses at the FBI.

4:48

He stayed in the lobby only ten to twelve

4:50

minutes, then charged up the stairs.

4:52

I get to the eighties six floor, and I'm

4:55

a man of faith, and I

4:58

just stopped where I was, and I

5:00

clearly for

5:03

the voice of God speak to me, and

5:05

he said, Rodney, there is no use

5:09

going any further up. It's time

5:11

for you to leave and exit

5:13

the building and just take as many people

5:16

with you. And it was such a clear

5:19

voice, because I even remember stopping

5:21

and turning to the voice, and it was clear,

5:24

and it gave me clearance starts. And so I go

5:26

back down to like the seventy ninth floor,

5:28

I believe, and right there

5:30

I see one of the battalion fire

5:33

chiefs for the New York Fire Department,

5:35

and I clearly say, hey, sir, this

5:38

is no use here. We have to get all

5:40

of our resources and personnel out

5:42

of here immediately. And

5:45

as soon as I said that, the

5:47

north towers started to sway back

5:49

and forth. I would say it was almost a

5:51

two ft sway inside

5:53

the building. And I believe that swaying

5:56

was called by the collapse of the south

5:58

tower. So the south tower was hit

6:01

second, but collapsed first. So

6:03

we felt the south tower collapsing,

6:06

which caused the north tower to sway

6:08

back and forth. So we hit the ground.

6:10

We're laying on the ground because the

6:13

sway is so tremendous. And

6:15

then at that point the time far achieved,

6:17

he totally agreed. He was like, right, yeah,

6:20

we're We're with you. And right

6:22

then and there, all the Fire Department personnel

6:24

just started unhooking their gear, dumping

6:27

all their oxen and tanks, dumping

6:29

all the heavy gear, and we just

6:31

started a race back towards

6:33

the ground floor, and whoever was still

6:35

in the stairwell, we just just kind of lifted

6:38

them up, picked them up or carry

6:40

them and then departed the building.

6:43

And one thing that I vividly recall

6:46

as I exit the building is this everything

6:49

is white from the collapse of the first building

6:51

and the dust, and I'm looking for

6:54

my supervisor. I'm looking for my fellow

6:56

agents and personnel. But the

6:58

scene is totally quiet. It's serene,

7:01

and everything is covered in white. As

7:04

my brain is trying to process

7:06

what happened. Right then,

7:08

I'm like, my brain goes, oh, Rodney,

7:10

watch your step by the way, and

7:13

I'm like, okay, why do I need to

7:15

watch my step because I was

7:17

like, yeah, I don't want to step on that human torso

7:20

or that head right there. So

7:23

I don't know if you can imagine that. Right, So

7:26

I'm on the street. Everything's

7:28

white, everything's quiet, and then there's

7:30

body parts strewn all over the streets.

7:34

So I walked further up

7:36

the block. You know, I'm trying to

7:38

call into my supervisor to

7:40

the command on my radio. Everything

7:43

is kind of blacked out. And

7:45

then three minutes

7:47

after leaving the North Tower,

7:49

you know, I'm running to another overhang

7:51

because the building I was just in is

7:54

started to collapse. Millard

7:56

nearly died. The fire department

7:59

had called the ATBI office

8:01

and said when's the funeral for

8:04

the I'm African American?

8:06

When's the funeral for the African American ABI

8:09

agent? And they were like, who

8:11

are you talking about? He was like the guy

8:13

who told us to evacuate the building,

8:16

because if he didn't tell us to evacuate the building,

8:18

many of us would have died. So we wanted to

8:20

celebrate or memorialize his funeral.

8:22

Was like, no, that that guy's Rodney

8:24

Miller and he's sitting right here. He

8:27

survived, right And

8:29

then the FBI was in the dated with a lot

8:31

of letters from the folks that were in the staircase.

8:34

You know, thank you for that agent. You

8:36

know, if it wasn't for him, I would

8:38

have made it out. Let me ask you, so, when the plane

8:40

hit and you were in the plaza, did

8:42

you see anyone laying injured in the

8:44

plaza? Did you see anyone who had been immediately

8:47

killed by debris in the plaza? And

8:49

then also when you were going down

8:51

the stairs the last time, how many

8:53

people were left in the stairwells? Were they pretty

8:56

empty? It was pretty empty by

8:58

that time. You just at so

9:00

there was no I didn't see anyone that was

9:02

because the plaza was pretty

9:04

vacant, and it was fairly hot

9:06

that day, so it's really you know, not a

9:09

lot of people were launching around. Was just us out

9:11

there, so it was pretty vacant. You probably

9:13

had the research from what the angle the

9:15

plane came in, but we were out where

9:17

the plane I guess came out the blasts

9:20

of the plane coming out, so we didn't see anything,

9:23

and it was very desolate at the particular place.

9:26

And then coming down the staircase was just kind

9:28

of like the stragglers, just you

9:30

know, folks who were having trouble, kind

9:32

of exiting the building a timely matter, But

9:34

we grabbed all those folks and we exited

9:37

the building. When you went into the towers

9:39

immediately after the first plane hit, did

9:42

you see any civilians running into the

9:44

towers? So the story that I'm looking at specifically

9:46

is this case of this woman who disappeared on September

9:48

ten, two thousand and one, and she was

9:51

a doctor and her family theorized

9:53

that maybe she ran into the towers. Did

9:56

you see any civilians being

9:58

called into the towers, any nurses, there's

10:00

anyone running in as as volunteers

10:02

or is it mostly just first of s wonders trying

10:04

to sher people out of the danger zone. Yeah.

10:07

Al also is the cops, por authority,

10:09

police and hypt and far department

10:12

kind of rushing in. If there were civilians,

10:14

there were probably more outside at

10:17

various Triads sites that were very

10:19

close to the building. This is

10:21

separate, but one of the interesting things that

10:23

I learned over the years is that after

10:25

nine eleven, there was a disposable

10:28

camera recovered at ground zero

10:30

with photos taken on the upper levels, and

10:32

it was developed by the FBI's explosives

10:35

unit. Have you ever heard of that? No,

10:38

I never heard of that. And then so with Stephen,

10:40

when did you realize that you had this tape that

10:42

you captured the crashes on tape?

10:45

And how did the tapes are live? Right?

10:48

So the recording device itself is

10:50

pretty uh robust, So

10:52

it's not like he handles the tape. It's a device

10:54

that we give them and then that device

10:57

has to be given back to us and

10:59

then take and to be downloaded. So

11:01

it's not a tape. It's more of a digital

11:04

device that has to be downloaded.

11:07

It's funny. It wasn't until weeks

11:09

after that I was able to reconnect

11:11

with Steven McCardell, because we didn't know if

11:14

he had survived himself, but he did check

11:16

in and said like he was okay.

11:19

And then it just took weeks because

11:21

I was assigned doing SWAT stuff. I

11:24

was temporary assigned to the Joint Terrorism

11:26

Task Force, So it took a while for

11:28

us to kind of just reconnect and

11:30

restart because, as you know,

11:33

everybody was working terrorism and all

11:35

these cases that we worked were kind of put

11:38

to bed. So it was

11:40

until we linked up further

11:42

on down the road. I got the device back,

11:45

I got it downloaded. This was probably

11:47

months later. We listened to

11:49

all the tapes that kind of see what

11:51

happened, and then we realized, holy

11:54

crap, Wow, this is important

11:56

piece of history

11:58

here, yea. So

12:25

as I said earlier, we're going to air the entire

12:27

recording. If you want, you can

12:29

skip ahead seventy minutes to the attacks,

12:32

but I encourage you to listen to everything,

12:35

close your eyes, immerse yourself

12:38

eleven seventy minutes until

12:40

the world changes. Walking toward

12:42

the trade center in the mall, underneath

12:44

the trade center in a cafe between

12:47

the towers. This

12:50

especially as you're ronning the miller with the public Ruption

12:52

Squad of the Federal Brew of Investigation.

12:55

Today's date is September eleven, the

12:57

year two thousand one. It's time now is

12:59

a pastment six am

13:03

today We'll be doing a consensual body recording

13:05

between Stephen McCardell and

13:07

Howard Haveler witnessing

13:10

this. Uh meat will be special

13:13

as in Victor Rocho with the FBI

13:16

and Deputy Spector General Stasi

13:19

Patel with the New York City Department Investigation.

13:21

I will now give Stephen mccarll the recording

13:24

device. M

14:07

he said, they go for your

15:09

yeah and the fire

15:24

star

15:44

so long, really

15:54

ran the

15:57

song to love

16:01

one whist there

16:05

right, pat made

16:59

39:07

matter much. I'm

39:10

pretty it's

39:13

just yeah,

39:15

wow, one type. That's what you were saying. The

39:18

other commercials and

39:21

the capting

39:23

tells a roll, so you don't get the song. I

39:26

think I should have been dramatic to raise issue. Perry

39:30

said that it's all questionable

39:32

where the ATM? Yeah,

39:38

I think yeah pretty

39:41

ug Yeah, and I facingly what

39:43

I was saying to him was that you're

39:47

facing you guys happen, Yeah,

39:50

two thous a problems

39:54

us they shot up, they had places.

39:57

M there's no room for about the ess

40:00

any

40:03

comfortable. I

40:05

don't y u

40:12

h poor

40:14

god fully man and welcome that broblem.

40:18

I have a bottle. Okay, stop, thank

40:28

you for us.

40:32

Yeah, I think you right too

40:34

great to do the attendance. I

40:37

mean we're ahead. I don't know you're

40:40

playing me days, but I mean that you'd during

40:42

it for a reason, that's for sure. And you have

40:44

got I don't intend

40:46

to ask hope. I

40:49

mean brand union man. I mean you gotta be for

40:51

your happ

40:53

for ever. Know the support by the very

40:56

right good lution

40:58

works and many ways thanks

41:02

to sign people.

41:06

You mean like tact

41:08

to show he had at till I had

41:11

upon the air shot grimmy

41:14

when they gave us

41:18

to cancer do the home doing

41:20

process product

41:25

like that under right

41:29

who

41:31

come to the right

41:34

and that value

41:37

very very conte rights

41:39

to song at a time. I don't keep your

41:42

jobs. You have to thank

41:44

me review I

41:46

mean how many I don't know, I may crosses he chase your

41:48

eyes. What I mean I

41:51

basically saying you keep you like a head. Someone

41:53

has to say it and you can't do what he longer

41:56

out of them.

41:59

I because this years ago. Guys,

42:04

you can't to put you stay right

42:08

fula if you want some where to pay what

42:10

you're doing, they get pensibility to

42:12

pay the right. I'm not gonna

42:14

be us

42:18

say that you bought me and

42:20

they got straight computer streat computer

42:22

and they had killings. They

42:25

loved god vers about

42:28

whom would be playing computing

42:31

an actively. I gave you dreams.

42:34

I don't know why talk

42:36

about yes, the ways that light head

42:38

for where

42:42

you fas so the

42:47

numbers us all rot. I don't know. No one gets

42:50

that's my better check questions. You can't

42:53

come back. I'm

42:55

not strict to being te

43:04

Well, unfortunately he can't

43:06

say the same thing about this town. It's

43:09

one of the most expensive towns to do business in the

43:13

world, the world confer

43:20

Yeah, m now,

43:26

Jim, is

43:28

he all right? You

43:30

talked to on my wak

43:37

How how is he a

43:41

meniscus? And

43:44

I don't know it

43:48

wasn't dan

43:54

produce direct are

43:57

mentally? How is he to

44:09

keep so?

44:12

He soon on? Even I said anything for mom

44:14

and he said he hadn't called him. Okay, that's okay,

44:20

you are okay.

44:25

Now in your opinion, is it wise

44:27

to meet them once or something or just

44:31

okay? But people Jim

44:43

let hope,

44:47

I d one hope

44:50

the joy Joe

44:52

I or Rot

45:05

said the said after

45:08

I got a way, shut the door, I wanted to come right

45:10

for ra

45:20

yeahs, last

45:25

round, smooch

45:33

around. I sat. Yeah,

45:49

everybody, I'm

45:54

gonna make a m

46:00

and say everything.

46:05

I know you had nothing for you read

46:12

en Mo Tennant, thank

46:14

you back anything

46:21

right, see people who got

46:23

to pin you? Where yea

46:33

yet I

46:37

actually say many ways. Jost

46:47

said that joking about it, I'd

46:50

thank you back yard.

47:00

Yeah. Yeah, I

47:02

don't think he got that problem, just

47:06

that I'm doing something out of him

47:08

book right,

47:12

all right? Ye want me think about

47:14

it, so you know I don't.

47:16

I don't disagree. I don't

47:18

disagree with that because

47:22

clearly, if

47:25

the Commissioner I had it, which obviously he does,

47:32

he's not planting down on the d A. I see

47:34

passion the grounds

47:37

only that's only a good thing here. I'm

47:41

tell he's gone to talk Aboudy

47:43

got all rights,

47:47

which always tell me peoples see

47:49

deserves a good purpose. But

47:53

it's still a certain leab of fear bring

47:55

problem and the stills a certain lebin of beeing,

47:57

which maybe they're opening will do right.

48:03

Why else were you hand out? I'm

48:06

sure that's a liberal, that's

48:09

my point. Yeah, I mean something like that, that's

48:11

go getting around Mattia's I mean it end

48:13

to fail you if even if Benny knows he

48:16

knows, he's still he knows, man, he's gonna tell people

48:24

rout, aren't

48:27

you generate out? What's that?

48:30

We don't? We got at a who

48:32

said Malaba tell

48:34

you that he probably really

48:37

arts to tell

48:39

him about tell him just

48:44

till some common us. He

48:47

said that to you. See, that's

48:50

why that's step where I meant by you

48:52

know he's gonna tell people, Yeah, he

48:54

said, just let him friends.

48:57

I'm not gonna tell him who working to fiends

49:02

of friends and so that astracts to you

49:04

they open. That's stunning

49:09

when he

49:11

said, Strell,

49:13

since you want to never started charge you to I

49:17

s So are we that dude

49:22

where a numbers super

49:25

pas shoes n

49:35

that's looking that it's

49:38

just always ascussions just in in no place

49:40

in the ad place you will because

49:42

you have to assume that that's

49:44

a hyde packer. Yeah,

49:49

the institution, And I

49:54

absolutely absolutely

49:58

said I don't try to tell the showing yeah when

50:01

he wasn't about that incit mindy

50:04

you see thing or not. But I'm chanting because

50:08

because you know I haven't maybe

50:11

you'll maybe you'll money just to happen,

50:14

but to sta

50:16

talk about kind

50:19

of yeah happy

50:21

numbers of just

50:25

happens. Okay,

50:31

lay yeah

50:39

yeah yeas

50:59

very ya.

51:06

Okay did you guys don't try to che

51:13

don't like said

51:17

me for my side. Ye

51:22

tisn't

51:41

like he said,

51:43

you haven't

51:54

spot y

52:14

n you know you

52:19

do not

52:30

very so

52:34

all talk down

52:36

there was that even true that I

52:39

did the vote for the

52:43

things that are very

52:51

problem, but

52:55

that the name that many pot

52:58

want to do it down up

53:13

No, not cook that

53:17

people know I

53:20

was gonna be a high

53:24

about very ny times

53:27

last m

53:30

mind roads dat

53:35

travel can't

53:37

tell me st never

53:43

of course always like here, I try

53:45

to what people before we jost

53:52

won't try. The boy tell

53:58

me don want

54:05

so you take that dress?

54:08

Bad

54:14

happen was a flashed on Joe's

54:16

in yards

54:29

and the millions. I want a shot

54:32

up the want

54:36

Okay, I want to shame that

54:38

would have been nice to I've

54:40

been him. Yeah,

54:45

I haven't talk to any point since I mean, I other m

54:47

up a how are you doing? I was kind of hoping. I

54:51

called again. I called Tony and Alan on

54:53

Tuesday, just

54:55

chuck in, you know, I mean come

55:00

back time yet

55:13

as Hearty talk

55:17

the bat right down.

55:21

Very he's

55:26

happen? Yeah,

55:31

what is your real I don't know. Well,

55:34

I mean just day they call, they call

55:36

Lake. I'm very okay,

55:41

I don't because

55:45

we call people. Stop the reach to

55:48

so you never get him nothing

55:51

save

56:08

Joe job

56:12

time. Okay,

56:15

they listen to us

56:17

some things and

56:22

whatever. I tell me. I'm

56:25

honest, I don't know. I haven't pursued

56:27

yet wine because I don't know where rock.

56:30

No one's telling me. I mean, I don't want to get grom

56:33

could have to blow and not be able to do it.

56:35

So I needed before I move anymore.

56:37

I wanted a sense of where we're at. So I think that

56:39

gets it harder, that gets don't

56:49

Yeah, yeah,

56:52

Joe drink where

56:59

qu'

57:02

good on his eens

57:05

is stopped them. I'm

57:07

a party, a party, rise

57:10

to the best,

57:35

right, Yeah,

57:48

I did have MP

57:52

the night the

57:55

party, Yeah,

58:02

and a

58:05

countable for me. I thank you. Just

58:12

hope you and them keep it open.

58:15

You're trying to be good. I'll

58:20

break out there and

58:22

I rob you. Let me to tell

58:25

you my door. Yeah, I'm honestly I don't

58:27

want to disappointed to that till

58:30

you happy. I

58:32

wrote it up really with somebody who got SA

58:34

community get it. I don't really got

58:36

somewhere in the US. And it's got to be next week

58:38

because if it's not, what are they rob you?

58:42

I'm sure I have

58:45

nothing to do. That's you

58:48

know I said when I said to get dinner. And

58:50

you know, I

58:53

don't want to know your opinion. I mean it

58:57

sunds like the lot the water tracking

59:00

to be done in terms of the top print

59:02

of the proper and we do really do you really

59:04

think that they're

59:07

gonna be bum popper tracked

59:09

and review proper? You have

59:14

because right ten?

59:18

Yeah,

59:36

that's what I want to hear. So gas,

59:41

so what

59:49

do you go? And

59:56

it needs as um

1:00:01

that's a weather Yeah, somebody

1:00:06

I also wanted to tell. They tell me, do

1:00:09

you want somebody they fill my yeah?

1:00:15

Yeah, so they've

1:00:17

cut step over it, which is further evits

1:00:21

working from long that the red

1:00:23

positive would be as strong to agony is best

1:00:29

right and we're

1:00:33

happy. Oh, I'm I'm okay with that.

1:00:37

At you be thank a bay at

1:00:43

you. I thought, I

1:00:46

don't right,

1:00:56

I'll do world crazy maybe making

1:01:00

and my post I

1:01:04

get right

1:01:08

and I love so

1:01:12

I convin signs back about

1:01:16

at about him. The

1:01:18

copy p D about

1:01:22

inside out,

1:01:31

and I said, I want

1:01:35

to do I

1:01:43

have to pass. I put up a

1:01:45

promo and

1:01:47

I tell them that you have a problem. You

1:01:49

tell poll what

1:01:54

would be that? I'm doing nothing for her time?

1:01:57

All right? Yous?

1:02:07

My brothers, you

1:02:10

guns an your kid inside.

1:02:12

You know you

1:02:15

can't do something if you don't know what you're supposed to do right

1:02:20

together side

1:02:29

didn't discuss them the

1:02:32

way he got discharging and painting was

1:02:38

shot on.

1:02:44

Yeah, I don't know. I

1:02:48

want to take you don't

1:02:51

want to time.

1:03:02

It's really not as much of a priority right

1:03:05

now. Anyway we do. Reminy

1:03:12

hasn't expense you

1:03:16

know, the close lease. I

1:03:22

want to see that. Don't want to see that. Yeah,

1:03:29

can really really do it any I'm

1:03:33

just trying to think how that he

1:03:37

took six percent of most first incomes for easy

1:03:40

that's would be very happy or

1:03:44

the eliminated manituated

1:03:47

to see that's ridiculous though, I mean they're not in

1:03:50

reality woman manages ability to two or three

1:03:52

percent. Once you get reading

1:03:54

ordered in there, we're looking at seven six

1:03:56

seven percent and they're part

1:03:59

of that. That's utter the pre I

1:04:03

intended. But

1:04:07

I'm we have to tell you my mind has

1:04:09

hid right, it's drag

1:04:11

it out. I'm gonna do with mine. Money

1:04:15

took on churning NY

1:04:17

and Mortis want to be

1:04:21

I'm not perfect

1:04:24

ever to do. I was real.

1:04:32

I don't want to read to put their humans then

1:04:35

I to n I never

1:04:38

listen to I met that because I know

1:04:44

what doesn't say and if it has a kinkers and

1:04:46

you really know it, that is

1:04:51

there the

1:04:54

bottom one who lives said

1:04:58

doctor under

1:05:05

the long

1:05:12

version wants

1:05:19

to music. Yeah,

1:05:22

I don't. I don't know what they would. I don't

1:05:24

know what the priorities are already

1:05:26

know because

1:05:29

remember if you I

1:05:31

mean to see that, I should want

1:05:33

to see as I'm

1:05:36

just very curious to see what the splitting with

1:05:38

the year rage because the

1:05:41

economies corn down every day.

1:05:43

They should be re doing guideline I

1:05:50

I got

1:05:58

us right

1:06:05

right, and then tell

1:06:11

you who're taking on the chain worn

1:06:17

even if you don't add that or do have the

1:06:19

hother mechanism for that

1:06:22

or or even take it out of the income for that matter. What you have

1:06:24

to increase, you have to re

1:06:26

fucking and the increase fagency read on the increase, Captain.

1:06:29

I mean you don't necessarily have to do something

1:06:31

with that, you know. I mean, if it the rest

1:06:33

being collective, it is being collected, right, you can't you can't argue

1:06:35

that what is there is the risk of that correction

1:06:38

higher? Now clearly how

1:06:41

well how is that frisk being in collected? You

1:06:44

know? I mean that's really

1:06:46

where rolls down to hours

1:06:52

Ronnie does he does he know where we've seen each

1:06:55

other or anything? No, I'm not

1:06:57

come to Rose's.

1:07:01

Finally, I'm

1:07:04

not gonna be with himything. You're moving well,

1:07:08

I mean you had a less gape you get him again. I would

1:07:10

imagine Tommy. Tommy

1:07:13

said finding plain to

1:07:15

say said what

1:07:20

do you mean to do the

1:07:23

talking? See,

1:07:28

I must

1:07:31

have been some power play and him to get back

1:07:33

the tea. I mean that's because they

1:07:36

said jo

1:07:39

sat waiting

1:07:51

under bad He's

1:07:57

finding out a thinner d

1:08:03

n y day jo

1:08:07

very mind. You

1:08:11

never Joan

1:08:15

life joy

1:08:27

yea every ycause

1:08:33

that dude, I am at it about

1:08:43

alas aren't good never

1:08:46

little nay people like sad

1:08:52

Joan Lebretia joking.

1:08:54

You don't really that s breat

1:08:57

You really couldn't say that the

1:09:00

past the people ye

1:09:10

never known after

1:09:17

a couple of years, and that had

1:09:19

like Janey pretty

1:09:26

you know he doesn't do a m

1:09:31

I the

1:09:36

1:09:50

1:11:07

1:11:16

So all right, Star, I wanted to be

1:12:03

had no idea this is about going on? I keep

1:12:06

right, he's good any good

1:12:09

good King said,

1:12:15

never left tam

1:12:19

and just kind of have a much of the

1:12:21

trunks right good tell

1:12:30

us

1:12:36

poor personal to step Yeah,

1:12:40

yeah, kles,

1:12:48

yes, thank it talking.

1:12:50

Let you get a h

1:13:01

I would let thought about it. I can

1:13:03

be just you

1:13:08

can you make you much t

1:13:11

call me back my money can

1:13:14

be says get the feeling

1:13:18

some time. He seems like he wants to be you know, and

1:13:21

Bobby and he said he said, as munching

1:13:23

on mean he's very close without which

1:13:28

is great. I mean, ladies

1:13:34

to someone really gay win the

1:13:36

girl from us

1:13:45

short when

1:13:50

I said I wore the world, not

1:13:58

one thing about time yet

1:14:04

stop when he kills me something

1:14:08

powers Yeah, he

1:14:10

turns out he

1:14:13

is helpful. Last year, in

1:14:19

the year before good

1:14:22

got us a good guy. Yeah,

1:14:32

you know this

1:14:35

thing was then poor

1:14:38

thing because of the dread. I

1:14:42

can't believe they went to the Deep South. That's the direct

1:14:44

to my mind for

1:14:48

sure that every probably not

1:14:51

that man okay,

1:14:56

collating the

1:14:58

time to prove they're

1:15:01

either Christian or the ship pray

1:15:03

you or we finally group all

1:15:08

right. So basically where we're right now is you

1:15:10

know, you're you're to

1:15:14

uh, we're

1:15:18

when easy and where we're wrong, you're

1:15:24

all yeah right, he said to go. You

1:15:29

don't want to last people,

1:15:31

that's all you know again, And

1:15:34

even if I had to keep very lively

1:15:39

the even thing to be gobless of what's said, that card

1:15:41

kind of I need because you can't

1:15:43

do anything known

1:15:52

to somebody's it sell. Well, that's

1:15:55

for me to worry about it, whether it's

1:15:57

sail or not. And if you

1:15:59

give me anything more unpleasing

1:16:05

right now m

1:16:12

D L

1:16:25

right would point yet then

1:16:28

yet let them be and

1:16:31

just sign up. Yeah,

1:16:35

so you see

1:16:41

it's gonna be a top to yet because

1:16:46

because the city has always several years behind

1:16:48

the curve and

1:16:51

bope and copy owners. Although the rents

1:16:54

look good, it's not the same climate out

1:16:56

there. Are

1:16:59

neat V agency is yet now when

1:17:03

I still paying it, that's over my course. They are they they're

1:17:05

still knowing well that the dynamitis exactly

1:17:09

the opposite is they work two years above? Yeah,

1:17:12

I really much that I didn't mean

1:17:20

because you know, I mean just mathematically,

1:17:23

I mean, do you work. You're working a year and two

1:17:25

thousand numbers now, which

1:17:27

is still good relative to year

1:17:29

and ninety nine. So that

1:17:32

I mean, that's my concerns. I mean, you can't

1:17:35

have you

1:17:37

know, a twenty pc increase this year

1:17:40

is not going to be in sellable, you

1:17:45

know. And

1:17:48

if you found

1:17:54

three one who is

1:17:57

twenty four wool

1:18:25

who's uh socus t ah,

1:18:34

and you can't be doing anything. We

1:18:39

got Sherribans

1:18:46

today, but he comishes in

1:18:48

the year, right,

1:19:00

yeah, yeah,

1:19:18

all right, Bob, you

1:19:22

go talking Chu

1:19:27

stuck keating that mom because

1:19:35

true m

1:19:42

m, thank

1:19:48

you. Yeah,

1:19:52

all right, Roy, guess you

1:19:55

know you're talk

1:19:57

it and we'll get together next week when

1:20:00

when it's a meeting, I

1:20:02

want to go. I'm not gonna do yesterday the

1:20:04

time you can und I play

1:20:07

to us. I'm going back

1:20:13

at the chair we play John John gone to

1:20:16

comte me. Even

1:20:28

I thought, Joe, we we get we

1:20:31

talked to If it's Jovid

1:20:34

Black actually made Friday,

1:20:40

how do you think that it

1:20:44

would do goodn't even from personal

1:20:47

for me to say, Harry, you know setting

1:20:50

the part of um.

1:20:54

Yeah, I I I'm

1:20:56

telling you I I

1:20:59

you know, I'm just gonna just

1:21:02

it's just suggests that I see

1:21:04

your reason. I haven't cooked

1:21:07

up the sound test me. How you know he stopped. He's

1:21:09

friendly with you know, like I

1:21:12

need to talk. But if he's not gonna

1:21:14

take care of someone, you know, I would appreciate it.

1:21:17

You know what songs that I'll get done. So we've gotta

1:21:19

talk. I

1:21:22

mean, whatever I saw you were gonna talk to him anything,

1:21:24

I'm gonna try. You know, if you're gonna talk

1:21:27

to him, we're going to better

1:21:29

them. M he

1:21:31

was in today when it's

1:21:33

from seven months ye

1:21:53

ye

1:22:00

ye yes,

1:22:03

So I talked to Mike flight forty five

1:22:05

minutes or something like that. You

1:22:07

have to frown not much to shoot the ship. You

1:22:13

have more politics than anything. And

1:22:19

my posy books. Yeah. He

1:22:34

writes some bunks a

1:22:36

couple of minutes from you know, close to home. It

1:22:40

would set me to would saying time,

1:22:46

yeah you

1:22:56

yeah, okay,

1:23:05

has some nice stop over the year. Chas

1:23:14

I have you as of water, please try to thank

1:23:16

1:23:29
