Hi all! This week I'm chatting with one of my very good friends Maria Elena Alberson! We have been friends for over a decade and have had many talks about Minimalism over the years. I'm excited to share our conversation with you this week and hope you might get inspired to look into some of these tools. Maria tells stories of running away to Mexico and learning about simple necessities from her grandfather, and the mild disaster when she decided to become a minimalist while still living with her parents. Maria shares about how living a minimalistic lifestyle has helped her be more mindful about everything from the clothing and household items she purchases, to the people she chooses to have in her life. As friends do, we follow a few rabbit trails and have a few laughs, I thoroughly enjoyed this conversation and I hope you will too!
