Hi there! This week I interviewed Grace Mackey, one of my teachers from My Vinyasa Practice where I completed my 200hr training. She is a licensed yoga & psychotherapist (LPC,C-IAYT) for mind, body & soul healing. She specializes in psychotherapy and yoga for anxiety, trauma, disordered eating & chronic pain. We talk about what yoga therapy is and how it is different from traditional therapy. Grace shares how she got into wholistic healing for herself and others.
