Hi there!
This week I talk about health check ups and how important they are to maintain your physical and mental health. I share about my anxiety when it comes to actually setting up, and going to any Dr. appointment or dental visit. It has been amazing to see how breath work, a yoga practice, and a couple other tools have changed me from a fainting goat to a semi-nervous patient! Lastly, my repetitive message that the universe has been teaching me is to let myself feel the joy, be disciplined about finding it every day, and not letting the "bad guys" win.
