We back baby! So the gyms in the UK have reopened.... (Again!) and WOW has it been a whirlwind of a week.
As a Gym Manager and Womens Health Coach, I have had the luxury of experiencing the reopening from both sides and on this weeks episode, I am sharing my experience as a member of gym staff as well as a member of the gym.
I give you an idea of what to expect during your visit to the gym, how to adapt your training since pre lockdown, how to prevent injuries and when to think about hiring a personal trainer.
