In this episode, I am joined by Tracy Inscore.


BIOGRAPHY 

Tracy Inscore has practiced land use and environmental law in California for the past 15 years. In addi􏰁on to s􏰁ll prac􏰁cing law part-􏰁me at one of the fastest-growing large law firms in the U.S., she is also a holis􏰁c energy prac􏰁􏰁oner specializing in burnout preven􏰁on and recovery for lawyers, as well as providing support for law students and recent law school graduates. 

Having personally experienced burnout firsthand (and a􏰂er many unsuccessful a􏰀empts to “fix” it), Tracy found that Emo􏰁onal Freedom Techniques (EFT), more commonly known as “tapping”, was the missing link in her own recovery. By working with the body’s meridian system, EFT helps to restore the mind-body connec􏰁on and has been clinically proven effec􏰁ve in trea􏰁ng issues such as anxiety and post-trauma􏰁c stress disorder. As an EFT prac􏰁􏰁oner, Tracy’s unique approach to burnout preven􏰁on and recovery emphasizes nervous system

regula􏰁on and the power of the subconscious mind, thereby empowering her clients to address the true root causes of burnout.

As one of the few cer􏰁fied EFT tapping prac􏰁􏰁oners who is also a prac􏰁cing a􏰀orney, she is able to relate to her clients with empathy and a keen understanding of the real-life issues they face. This allows her to bring holis􏰁c wellness to the legal industry in a prac􏰁cal and grounded way—and to put this powerful technique into the hands of those who need it most. In addi􏰁on to working with clients in one-on-one sessions, Tracy enjoys being featured on podcasts, speaking engagements, and offering customized group sessions.
