My struggle with depression has been really intense lately. I've learned coping strategies and ways to work around it over the years. But after a conversation with a good friend, I realized that not everyone has experience with depression. WHAT WHAT? Not everyone is me? My depression has been such a constant in my life that I didn't realize it wasn't a close friend with everyone else. So today's episode is all about what is the reality of clinical depression.
