Acknowledging our true feelings, thoughts, and sensations that run through us is a step in the right direction towards achieving a mindful state. There are both easy and hard times on our journey towards awareness and mindfulness, and it is important that we are patient with ourselves as we are human, and not a machine that you can just make work over night. Knowing this, acceptance will become a big part of our mission as well. The main message here is to not judge yourself during this process of transformation as you are already doing the absolute best thing you could be doing! Thank yourself in matter of fact!
