In this weeks episode, Ashley & Brittany talk about relationships, first dates, and masculine/feminine energy and Brittany also shares something personal that is going in her life. We talk about the stages of grief during breakups and how this is a time to really focus on you - reflecting, healing, journaling, and just becoming the best version of you. We also talk about the yin and yang balance/masculine and feminine energy that is needed for a healthy relationship. As women, we often operate in our masculine energy as a safety mechanism, because of work, or due to our upbringing but this can really affect the quality of our relationship with our significant other.
