Ok, everyone let’s be real…a healthy relationship starts with who?  If you guessed YOU, then you are absolutely right!  Join me this week as I venture down the “healthy relationship” hole with you, identifying what I think it takes to build a healthy relationship.  For me, I believe the #1 thing is boundaries, followed closely by respect, grace, and LOVE.  Join me this week as I chat about having the courage to walk away from toxic relationships, and mostly how before blaming fault on others we humbly consider taking a look at how we are showing up in the relationship.   The importance of the mirror exercise is key here…  If you don’t know what that is, it is simply taking a REAL. HONEST. CLOSE look at ourselves prior to that faulty walk.
