Welcome back!  Join Lawa-Na this week with quick delivery on her thoughts around self-image and acceptance  “No Filters”.  She’s delivering a quick dose of encouragement for our listeners and ourselves to stop apologizing for being caught with no makeup on, or for not having our hair perfect, or how about for having a little extra cush on our tush.  Ladies’ and Gentlemen, it is time to embrace.  The reality is that once we start accepting our imperfectly perfect natural beauty, everyone else will have no choice but to do the same.  After all,  the old saying goes, “beauty is found in the eyes of the beholder” so don’t try to fool the beholder with a bunch of #falseadvertisement out there on the media? I want to give a huge shout-out to @jennakutcher for her courage, and realness around this subject.  Now, let’s as humans embrace our appearance, embrace our natural beauty, and cherish our bodies as they are the only bodies we get.  Now give yourself a hug and lose all the filters.
