Hello Everyone !Welcome to my eighteenth episode of my podcast where we talk about all things Weightloss. (:I got the gastric sleeve gastrectomy (weightloss surgery) on August 1, 2019 and I'm 142 pounds down!

In this episode I had the chance to talk to Anita! She is 5 months post op from VSG and is down 63 pounds down! She opened up with her journey with PCOS and how that was one of the main reasons she decided to go through with the weightloss surgery. We both agreed on how we both have gone through so many different diets throughout our life which would lead us back to gaining back the weight plus some. We could both say we tried everything before making this huge life decision. She opens up about show she handles stalls during her journey and how she stays motivated throughout them.
