Hello Everyone !Welcome to my nineteeth episode of my podcast where we talk about all things Weightloss. I got the gastric sleeve gastrectomy (weightloss surgery) on August 1, 2019 and I'm 142 pounds down!

In this episode I had the chance to talk to Alexis! She got VSG in March 2019 and is maintaining a weightloss of 125 pounds! She got her weightloss surgery in Mexico and talks about the amazing experience she went through during that time. She opens about NSV's (non scale victories), her ups and her downs on this journey and even about her journey with plastics! Which of course I had a lot of questions since this is something I'm looking into the near future.

I clearly remember you posting about getting on that plan to go to your surgery. I have been cheering you on from the sidelines this whole time and you have pushed me on my journey!
