In this episode, writer, poet, and actress Zsané Jhé (@zsane) spent quality time with us sharing her journey into acting. For Zsané, writing poetry and performing monologues came naturally. And those performances led to roles on the small and big screens (Greenleaf, The Hate U Give). Her down to earth vibe and humility instantly put us at ease. We talked about the realities of life as a young working actress and who she would love to work with in the future. She even had us cracking up at on-set bloopers (her own)! Ultimately, her goal is to write, produce, and star in her own dramedy (think Insecure and The Mindy Project). Right now, she’s busy honing her craft.
