This week's guest is a master at having a vision and making it become reality.  His leadership magic makes a person believe in the product they are selling even if it is air (City Slickers reference).
One of his biggest magic tricks was flipping the music on a Tulsa radio station to a yet unheard-of genre called Alternative Music.     Fortunately for Tulsa, this magic trick didn't disappear and neither did Rick.
