All police officers take an oath to protect their citizens.  It's required and expected.  But what isn't required and not expected is how some, like Sargeant Brandon Hendrix with the Tulsa County Sheriff's office, goes beyond the oath and forms trusting relationships with Tulsa County residents.   His dedication to the safety of children is praiseworthy along with his fun ideas to connect with teenagers like the upcoming event, Race a Cop/Day of Speed ... insert Top Gun quote here.
