What a wonderfully weird and engaging story! On top of the amazing game they're playing, the players are very skilled at creating an interesting narrative that I cannot get enough of. The sound design in the episode also lends to the immersion, but is subtle and skillfully used to add tension and help set the scene. Can't wait for the second part of this episode to come out!

This is an amazing concept and a great way to show off the versatility of character creation in D&D. Plus, the hosts are hilarious and have a great rapport with each other. This is a must-listen if you are into D&D.

Easily my favorite McElroy setting so far and I am in love with these characters. Justin, Travis, and Clint are bringing some amazing character development to this season and Griffin is leaning in with specific narratives for each of them to explore. I highly recommend this if you're interested in comedy, drama, and monsters.
