We seem to shy away from sharing our troubles and lean towards hiding our imperfections from the world. However, I've come to realise that learning to share our darkness with intent to get help or help others is exactly what we should be doing instead. Because, let's face it, no-one on this earth is perfect. Perfection is an illusion.
