As a certified Reiki Master Teacher, Intuitive Mentor & Meditation Guide she teaches Women how to build their confidence, feel powerful and become unstoppable, in their mind, body & soul, through her 1:1 mentorship programs: BreakThrough & Illuminated Path.
 
A survivor turned thriver, over 4 separate emotionally abusive relationships, experienced during a 25 year period of her life, Sara knows first hand how to build the resiliency muscles required to elevate your life & your vibration.  In January 2019, after only being married for 2-years and it being her first marriage, with the help of Divine guidance, she pulled herself out of the fourth and final, highly toxic relationship, and began her deepest, life- altering, healing journey. She experienced her breakdown, for her breakthrough! 
Sara is grateful every day, to have one more day, to share, teach, inspire and encourage Women, to know peace & joy in their everyday life!  We are so happy to have her!
