November 22, 2009 was a date that will live in infamy for Lature Irvin. The allegation was about that night. A night of celebration with him, his wife Shann, and the complainant. After many drinks at a local nightclub the three of them decided to patronize an afterparty at a strip club along with another couple. The complainant was intoxicated and passed out in the back seat so they all allowed her to sleep in the car. After entering, none in the party ever got up from their table until they all left at the same time about 30 min later and drove home. It was in the time spent in that last establishment that the accusation is based.
