Join me as I chat to Jo, Advanced Aesthetic Practitioner & CEO of Goodess Aesthetics. She specialises in non surgical face and body contouring from her clinics in Kent.

Jo is full of energy and enthusiasm, talking me through her passion for making women feel great and redesigning their bodies to build their self esteem. We discuss the struggles that we face as women, changes that our bodies go through, hormone levels, weight gain and the impact this has on our mental health.

Starting during a pandemic Jo has overcome significant challenges along the way, yet with her super positive personality and results driven ethos, her clinics are going from strength to strength!

We talk about how we as women always seem to be at the bottom of the pile when it comes to looking after ourselves, as often wearing so many metaphorical hats in our daily lives usually leaves us with no time or energy to make ourselves feel good.
