With a background in dentistry, training dental nurses, and having been involved in the cosmetic/beauty industry for over 20 years, starting her own skincare line seemed a natural progression for her ❤️

We discuss the importance of having a supportive network around you, the amazing Woman Who Academy and the safe space to learn and grow that Sandra Garlick has created.

In such a short space of time, Esther has achieved SO much and is soaring high! From launching less than a year ago, she has already appeared in John Lewis, showcasing her products under such an iconic British banner!

Esther tells me about her challenges and highlights in her journey so far, the importance of keeping accountable with the accolades she has acquired so far such as The One To Watch at the Woman Who Achieves Awards, honestly her confidence has grown so much!

We talk about remaining authentic to yourself when posting in social media, and the difficulty when we constantly over analyse ourselves!

A mother of 5 children, the juggles of balancing schedules, the key to Esther's success is having some cracking organisational skills! Although a challenge, running her business gives her the flexibility she loves, enabling her to get that work/life balance just right!

Esther's dream is to inspire others, and really help people to not only embrace the skin they're in, but inspiring the younger generation too against all the pressures that they face.

Now feeling like a new woman, Esther tells me the exciting plans for the future of the brand, further showcases planned and her aspirations both personally and professionally for the future.
