With all of the pain, anger, hate & division going on in the world it took me some time to sit back, process, pray, meditate & get back to a positive state of being. 

Biggest reminder was "Don't fight hate with hate" | "Love wins" 

Experiencing the frustration, anger, hurt & pain that events in 2020 has caused, with social & racial injustices, I found myself falling into negative thought patterns and behaviors driven by anger. 

I had to calm down and remind myself that I have to find a way to channel this anger & pain in the most positive constructive way possible. Venting our frustration is good, but it's important to OPERATE FROM A PLACE OF LOVE & not letting "hate consume" us. Don't operate out of anger, pain, fear or hatred. That's how we lose. 

Whatever it is, we can't let anyone or anything steal love from our hearts and fill it with hate. Don't allow anyone to lead you into hate. 

We don't follow, we lead. We lead with love and that's how win!
