0:59

up guys, it's Lisa. We're all well into

1:01

our coronavirus quarantine and needless to say it's

1:04

been a trying time for all of us.

1:06

We've had to change our daily routines, many

1:08

of us haven't even left the house, gyms

1:10

are closed, and overnight most of our relationships

1:13

went virtual. So how can we come out

1:15

of this quarantine stronger, healthier and even more

1:17

connected? Well, I've taken this

1:19

opportunity to talk to some of my favourite people

1:21

on my Instagram Live to get their advice on

1:24

these very issues and have found the conversation so

1:26

freaking helpful that I wanted to share them here

1:28

as well. So over the next

1:30

couple of months we'll be posting bonus

1:32

episodes every Friday to help us get

1:34

through this quarantine stronger together. In this

1:36

solo Q&A I answer questions from you

1:39

guys about taking action while the world

1:41

is on pause as well as my

1:43

morning routine and I tell you the

1:45

one book that you must read. Enjoy.

1:49

2:02

2:06

2:08

2:10

which means I'm just basically flipped and

2:12

hope I land on some of an

2:14

amazing question if you guys have any

2:16

questions either drop them in the

2:18

comments below or request to join me I am

2:22

2:30

2:33

2:35

any requests any requests let's

2:37

have a look alright let's

2:45

2:52

2:54

2:56

2:58

3:01

you are asking to join guys please have

3:03

a question maybe and then

3:05

3:07

so that everyone else can also benefit on

3:09

the question and the answer so if you're

3:12

gonna request make sure that you're there make

3:14

sure you're there all right let's

3:16

go with I

3:19

like the name life enhancer impact

3:22

theory really helps me thank you

3:24

vamish wish not 2000 I'm not

3:26

very good oh

3:28

my god girlfriend

3:31

holy gosh oh

3:34

thank you so much just for being

3:36

the amazing human you are your

3:38

husband is like I actually got on your

3:40

husband first and he like loves and supports

3:42

you so much it's like so dope that

3:44

like you guys have an awesome

3:46

I could just like feel it I've never met you

3:48

both in person for whoever's watching but I feel like

3:51

I know you guys so thank you so much no

3:54

I appreciate you guys it's really you're enhancing

3:56

humanity which is what life enhancers my

3:59

brand and when I go go by and it's

4:01

like a massive obviously macro thing and I

4:04

don't know what exactly your mission and purpose statements

4:06

are but I can tell you're enhancing humanity just

4:08

by your posts. So oh and

4:12

we lost your sound for a second but you're back.

4:14

Sorry yeah no it's. Oh

4:18

lost you again. Oh no

4:21

I know the problem with

4:24

what I set my alarm

4:26

for so I didn't miss it so hold on

4:28

one second. It's

4:32

all good. I

4:34

love Tom and Lisa bill you for. Okay I'm

4:36

coming back. All right you're back. All right. Amazing.

4:39

So what I'm so sorry I just I set my alarm I apologize. No

4:43

worries really at all. Okay so what's your name

4:45

where you calling from and then what is your

4:47

question. Okay

4:49

my name is life enhancer. I'm

4:52

calling from the USA New York the

4:54

state and for now that's all give

4:56

just for safety protection and

4:58

then my question is I mean I have so

5:00

much for you guys but honestly let's focus it

5:02

on you and what

5:07

would you say would be the

5:09

number one thing that people could

5:11

do right now to truly make

5:14

a difference of like action you know the world

5:16

on pause right now if you will I've been

5:18

saying that but like people that know how to

5:20

unpause themselves during this time of the whole world

5:22

on pause would be like you

5:25

know one just I know there's so many things you could

5:27

probably say and you made a list of something that you

5:29

haven't said before in your content you know what I mean

5:31

just something not like really could truly enhance and like them

5:34

right now and impact them well

5:36

here's what I actually want to back

5:39

up a bit so do you like

5:41

things that on pause for you know

5:44

I'm saying the world is on pause and if

5:46

you know how to unpause yourself what are you

5:48

doing while the world on pause because eventually the

5:50

world will press play again and during this pause

5:52

period I've been calling it the people

5:54

that have been actually doing action I like I've been

5:57

calling it like laying Easter eggs if you will then

5:59

when the world So these

6:01

three, someone's gonna find that, you know, you might be networking,

6:03

you might have linked in someone, they might not have gotten

6:05

to it. And they're like, Oh, who's this person? Right? Like

6:08

what do you think during the pause period? Yeah, because the

6:10

whole world is going through an epidemic. This is real people.

6:13

Right. Yeah. So, um, so people may have

6:16

had, I sadly don't have

6:19

multiple different answers. I can only really tell

6:21

you how I know what I'm doing. So

6:23

right now, in fact, this is an, I apologize if

6:26

you guys have just joined, you've heard this story before,

6:28

but I'm going to repeat it and I can, it's

6:30

so freaking powerful. Absolutely. So it's

6:32

a, um, I think it's a Stephen King

6:34

short story and he talks about the world.

6:36

Um, basically, um, you never die. So your

6:38

life, you have so much time, you have

6:41

all the time in the world. And

6:43

in the story he breaks into, ends up

6:46

being two different camps in this story. One

6:48

camp and the people that are like, Oh my God,

6:50

I have all the time in the world. Awesome. I'm

6:53

going to Netflix and chill. And then they don't

6:55

do anything because it lies on pause. Cause they're

6:57

like, I just saw so much fun. I can

6:59

literally watch Netflix for the next four years and

7:01

I've still got to do other things. So

7:04

that's one camp. Then you've got the second camp that

7:06

are like, Oh my God, I've got all the time

7:08

in the world to do everything I've ever wanted to

7:10

do. And all they do

7:13

is grow and change and adapt

7:15

and learn. So right. So

7:18

the question I find myself looking at and

7:20

going, which camp am I in? Like

7:22

right now is our chance to identify

7:24

with which kind of makes sense to

7:26

you. And so for me, it

7:28

is the learning camp. It is, this is the

7:30

opportunity now to really do all the things I

7:32

always wanted to do because ultimately I know there's

7:34

a lot of fear out there. I'm not a

7:37

fear monger. So I always take it from the

7:39

opposite. And I'm just like, this is such an

7:41

awesome time. Like, this is such an awesome time

7:43

to learn all the shit we wanted to know.

7:46

And so we will come out

7:48

of this, right? Absolutely. So I

7:50

don't know how long I'm not a producer. I've

7:52

had him a couple of months. I've had so

7:54

look, I don't freak out over how long we're

7:56

going to be in this situation because I can't

7:59

control that. What I can control is what

8:01

I do in this time when it happens, because eventually

8:03

we are gonna come out of it. So guys, when

8:05

we come out of it, what do we wanna look

8:07

back and say we did? What do we want that

8:09

story to be? If you want

8:11

that story to be a district in

8:14

Netflix and chill, then amazing. Now you're

8:16

writing the story you actually want. But

8:18

when you then come out of it

8:20

and look back, don't fool yourself into

8:22

thinking that we don't have the control

8:24

in writing that story. So why not?

8:27

I'm super aware of what story I'm going to tell

8:29

India. To a year about

8:31

what my life in quarantine was gonna be like.

8:34

And Tom and I were talking and it's

8:36

all about a frame of reference, right? So

8:38

Tom and I were like, oh man, remember

8:40

that quarantine life? Like we want that to

8:42

be our way that we talk. So

8:45

that is in our control,

8:48

right? That's how it's in our control. So

8:50

right now we're doing things and like, oh man,

8:52

let's get out of quarantine. Even

8:55

in the way that we say it, we do it

8:57

jokingly, right? We move our body. Because

9:00

again, going back to, I can't freaking control

9:02

how long we're here. So I refuse to

9:05

put my life on pause because if it's

9:07

going to be six months, the amount of

9:09

growth I can do in six freaking months,

9:11

like I force that energy on

9:13

me. So yes. Oh my gosh, I don't

9:15

want to think of any, I know I'm

9:18

sure you have a lot of people. So I hope that helps

9:20

with you. Yes,

9:22

yes. And I'm, oh God, thank you

9:24

Lisa so much. You're beautiful. Rise up

9:27

women, ladies, right? Rise up, hell yeah.

9:29

Time. Women's in Colorado girl. Yeah, so

9:31

you take care of my dear. California?

9:35

Yeah, buddy. Okay, baby. Of

9:37

course he's coming, sweetie. You too. Bye.

9:40

Bye. Oh my God, how freaking

9:42

sweet. All right guys, if you're just joining me,

9:45

I am doing Instagram live roulette, which means if

9:47

you have a question, you want to join me

9:49

split screen, just request it down below. Also, I

9:51

want to do some shout outs. Let me know

9:53

where you guys are calling from. And then also

9:55

I am going to, some people don't want to

9:57

come on video, so I want to respect that.

10:00

as well so I want to make sure I'm

10:02

also answering those questions. Alright

10:04

so I'm actually going to answer a

10:06

question now and then I'm going to

10:08

come back to the roulette. So oh

10:11

sure Canada, Mexico, India, Saudi Arabia, Mexico,

10:13

Hungary, South Africa. Freaking awesome guys, thank

10:15

you for joining. Alright

10:18

so the question I have is from Carly

10:20

Jean. How do you and your husband stay

10:22

connected? I assume you mean through quarantine, I'm

10:24

just going to assume that but maybe don't.

10:28

So things like, the

10:30

one thing that Tom and I have done is for

10:32

the last 10 years we have literally sculpted

10:34

our lives that we are connected so

10:36

that every day we have some interaction

10:38

which is why we're in business together.

10:40

That wasn't by accident, it was very

10:42

deliberate. So right now as we're in

10:44

business mode and it's our house like

10:46

it's like very overlapping a little.

10:50

So what we do is we try to make sure

10:52

that we have connection time and I

10:54

don't necessarily call it that but it's basically

10:56

time where we get to bond and then

10:58

when we do that we sit down and

11:00

we say what is your definition of bonding?

11:02

Because let me tell you my definition of

11:04

bonding is definitely not the same as Tom's

11:06

definition of bonding. So you want

11:08

to know what it means to them. So for

11:11

Tom, his definition

11:13

of bonding I'm sure you can guess

11:16

and my definition of bonding of course

11:18

is being in summer but it's also

11:20

just like talk to me babe, how's your

11:22

day going? But that really

11:24

and truly is my way of connecting and

11:26

so I articulate that with him so that

11:29

he gives me space to do that because

11:31

his instinct and inclinations isn't necessarily sit down

11:33

and talk through the day. So we just

11:35

kind of go through what's my definition, what's

11:38

his definition and then making

11:40

sure while you're in quarantine you're actually

11:42

scheduling that time to bond. So one

11:44

thing I have recently been

11:46

doing is I've been taking a bath with my husband,

11:49

that's my way of connecting. He doesn't really like

11:51

baths but I figured I'm nude so he'll

11:53

definitely say yes which it was very good

11:55

technique because he has been saying yes. So

11:57

things like that you just have to like

11:59

explore. And then

12:01

it was his birthday over the weekend and he was

12:03

kind of like, oh, well, we're in quarantine, doesn't matter.

12:05

And I was like, no, this is the time because

12:07

let me tell you in all the birthdays he's going

12:09

to have, which of the ones he's going to remember,

12:11

probably the one that were in quarantine. So

12:14

I was trying to find ways to make it

12:16

special and do like practicals because he doesn't want

12:18

math charges, but it's practicals and things like that

12:21

to make it special. So find out what that

12:23

language is for your partner. Then you

12:25

should know your own language and you need to articulate

12:27

that to them. Sorry. Hopefully

12:30

I'm not speaking too quickly. I just want to make

12:32

sure that I'm bringing value as fast as possible. And

12:35

yeah, happy birthday, Tom. OK, so

12:37

I'm going to if you're just joining,

12:39

I am doing Instagram roulette, which means

12:41

I'm requesting people to join me live.

12:44

Oh, no, what am I doing? Oh, God. All right,

12:46

guys, this was. And

12:50

what happened when you don't have your tech people?

12:52

All right, I'm going live. I'm going to

12:54

choose. This person was actually on

12:56

from the beginning. So I want to make sure they

12:58

get their question. Tanya, Tanya,

13:01

come on down. Hello,

13:05

India. Tanya, awesome advice

13:07

from about connection. Thank you

13:09

very much. Oh, I see a bad Tanya.

13:12

Hi, Lisa. How

13:15

are you doing? Great.

13:17

I'm great in quarantine, but actually doing quite

13:19

well. OK, let's get to here. Where are

13:22

you being quarantined? Where are you, girl? I'm

13:25

in India. I'm in India. OK, and

13:27

and we we have a total lockdown

13:29

here. So people are not stepping out

13:31

of the house. And there's

13:33

five people in my family and

13:35

we've been finding every way to

13:37

keep ourselves entertained. That's amazing.

13:39

Do you have any tips for anyone at home? What's

13:41

what's one thing that you're like, this is awesome. Oh,

13:45

we've been we play board games.

13:47

We play Ludo when we were

13:49

we've been working out together, dancing.

13:52

And you know, anything that you can

13:54

think of, it's really not easy. But

13:56

it's quite fun. I was going to say, but let

13:58

me tell you, when was the last time? you just dance

14:00

with your family, play board games? Just

14:03

a couple of hours ago. No, no, no. I

14:05

mean before the quarantine. Oh,

14:08

before the quarantine. I think it must have

14:10

been at least, I don't know, like a

14:12

couple of months ago. Okay. So see, this is

14:14

how I try to frame things, right? That's how

14:16

this can be the best thing that's ever happened

14:18

is that you're being forced to connect with people

14:21

that you wouldn't normally connect with or you may

14:23

not do on a regular basis. So I absolutely

14:25

love that. So

14:27

what's your question, sweetie? So

14:29

my question is, is there a particular

14:31

book you could tell me that you

14:33

think impacted your life a lot? Because

14:36

if you don't mind, I can tell you

14:38

one that has impacted mine. Yeah. That's

14:41

The Slight Edge by Jeff Olson.

14:43

Okay. And I would love

14:45

to know what it is for you. So

14:48

I've read many books, are you

14:50

talking specifically business, women, leadership, or

14:52

just like any book that you

14:54

love? Anything

14:57

for personal development. Okay. So this

14:59

is going to seem like a weird book to

15:01

recommend, but I'm telling you, it changed

15:04

my life. And I'm not just saying that

15:06

it changed my life and it changed my

15:08

relationship with my husband. So guys, listen up.

15:10

And I'm trying to definitely get this woman

15:12

on the women. I've been like bugging this

15:14

woman to come on the show. She said

15:16

yes, but she lives in the East Coast.

15:19

It is called the female brain. The

15:22

female brain. Brain.

15:25

Okay. Okay. The name, oh

15:27

God, her name's really hard to pronounce. It's

15:30

Women of Impact. That's watching if you can

15:32

type it below, but the female brain. And

15:34

here's why I found it so fundamental for

15:36

me. Because the one thing

15:39

that I talk about often and really

15:41

like, not really struggled with, but my

15:43

biggest battles have been with myself. So

15:45

it's me feeling over emotional. It's me

15:47

having my ego in the way. Like

15:49

these are all the things that to

15:51

me has been the hardest thing I've

15:53

ever had to do beyond building quest

15:55

nutrition or impact theory or even being

15:57

married, like really getting to grips with

15:59

my own emotions. have been the

16:01

hardest challenge and I think the

16:03

most impactful. So the female brain, when I've

16:05

read it, I think I've read it maybe

16:07

now three times, I do on Audible personally,

16:11

but it just explains, it's like

16:13

a roadmap to why and how

16:15

we feel, how we do in

16:18

all stages of life. So when I look back

16:20

at how emotional I was in my teenage years,

16:22

this book literally gives examples and

16:25

explains why. Then it talks about like

16:27

if you're pregnant and the way the

16:29

brain develops when a woman's pregnant and

16:31

how it actually reduces and then going

16:33

back to how men are always like,

16:35

oh, women are crazy when they're pregnant.

16:37

It's like, no, actually we're not crazy.

16:39

The brain shrinks, people. The brain shrinks.

16:41

So if you know, actually the brain

16:44

shrinks and I think that we would give

16:47

other women grace when they're acting

16:49

out of character. Then

16:51

it takes you through menopause and why women

16:53

feel the way they do in menopause. It's

16:56

not just the physical acts of the

16:58

body, it's actually what is happening to

17:00

the brain and why we feel over

17:02

emotional and why we feel all

17:04

these things that we go through. So when

17:07

I say that book helps me understand myself,

17:10

and if you're just joining that, this book

17:12

is a female brain, because I was able

17:14

to understand myself, I was then

17:16

able to create, let's

17:18

say rules for myself in order to get a

17:20

hold of my emotions and my ego and all

17:23

of that good stuff. So then it came to

17:25

my husband, my husband read it and it allows

17:28

him to understand me more, which allows

17:30

our relationship to be way more intimate,

17:32

because now it wasn't just like, oh,

17:34

you know, oh, she's flying off the

17:36

handle or oh my God, he's being

17:39

like this. No, we don't just miss

17:41

people. Okay. Dr. Lou Anne Brisendyne, thank

17:43

you very much, Women of Impact, Dr.

17:45

Lou Anne Brisendyne. Now, what

17:48

I also love about the book is it

17:50

gives stats, which I'm all

17:52

about data, but it also gives stories

17:54

because if you know me, I love

17:56

storytelling. So it blends the two between

17:59

data and analysis of the women's

18:01

hormones in the brain and stuff like that

18:03

but then it gives real-life stories about how

18:05

women do X, Y and Z and you

18:07

know when you have a daughter and what

18:09

to expect when you have a daughter. It

18:12

changed my life, it helped me with business,

18:14

it helped me with my relationship, it helped

18:16

me with personal girls. If you haven't read

18:18

it, get it right now on Audible. I

18:20

freaking love it. I

18:22

feel like that's the reason I got to talk to

18:24

you about this because I've been going through something

18:26

similar and I would want nothing more than to

18:28

get a hold on this book. It

18:31

sounds amazing. It really is and

18:33

the next key that you need to do once

18:35

you get the book, really

18:38

analyze how that relates to you

18:41

and now in knowing the information what

18:43

you can do differently because the book

18:45

doesn't then tell you, oh so you

18:47

need to act like this, right?

18:49

It's like you have to then do the

18:51

work yourself but what I found was like

18:54

it gave me the foundation to understand myself

18:56

so that I can then build my rules

18:58

of what I'm going to do when I

19:00

feel emotional, what I'm going to do when

19:02

my husband irritates me. I love the

19:05

man's face but of course people just irritate

19:07

you. So how do you get knowing

19:09

what your brain is doing? So you have to

19:12

take those steps. So first step is read

19:14

the book, second step is implement it into

19:16

your own life. Implementations

19:19

though, really a bit. And people are just

19:21

asking which book, guys, if you just joined

19:23

them talking about the female brain, she asked

19:26

what was my favorite book and that was

19:28

the one that absolutely changed my entire life

19:30

relationship business as a leadership. It's

19:32

one thing to develop habits

19:34

and to start living them but it's another

19:37

to completely understand the scientific reason behind

19:39

what is really happening with you and then

19:41

to get a chance to actually analyze and

19:43

implement it. Exactly and the one thing that

19:45

I also used as language when I was

19:48

dealing with my husband. So let's say for

19:50

instance I was feeling overwhelmed

19:52

or let's say it was my cycle. And

19:55

so I would say I would actually say to

19:57

him, okay, according to the female brain, this is

19:59

what happened. to me. So I just

20:01

need to I need you to understand this

20:03

is maybe why I'm a little irritable right

20:05

now, right? So I was kind of used

20:08

it as an explanation, not as a justification,

20:10

but as an explanation. And he'd be like,

20:12

all right, baby, I totally get it. Yeah,

20:14

maybe your brain is shrinking right now or

20:16

whatever, right? So it's like, we use it

20:18

as a discussion mechanism, because in the past,

20:21

I would be, let's say irritable, I would

20:23

just show my irritability, and

20:25

he'd be like, what the fuck is wrong

20:27

with you? Right? So now it's just become

20:29

like a way to use it in our

20:31

language and our relationship and in our communication

20:34

that has absolutely changed everything. But that must

20:37

stick in time, right? Like,

20:40

no. And here's the news, guys, if anyone's

20:42

looking for a quick fix, I'm not your

20:44

person. I have never discovered a quick fix.

20:46

I wish that was I like, if I

20:49

knew I would be given the back to

20:51

you guys as much as possible. But like,

20:53

nothing was easy, right? Nothing that we nothing

20:55

great is easy. A relationship takes work. If

20:57

you're, you know, the best sports like Michael

21:00

Jordan, he figured out to practice at it.

21:03

So no matter what it is that

21:05

you guys are trying to achieve, you just have to at

21:07

least for me go into it, go, okay, I know that's

21:09

gonna take me a while to get practice. This

21:12

is a journey. And it's going to be

21:14

a stepping stone for me. It's

21:16

amazing, Lisa, it was so great talking

21:18

to you. I still can't believe this

21:20

is happening. It was amazing. You did.

21:22

What an amazing timing. Aww, I appreciate

21:25

you so much for joining this call, girl.

21:27

Thank you so much. Thank you for having me. If

21:33

you're in your own business, when an employee leaves

21:35

your company, whether on good terms or bad, it

21:38

can feel I hate to say it, but

21:40

it actually can feel personal, like you and

21:42

you alone are the one to blame. And

21:44

it actually may even trigger you to lock

21:46

down your business, not open yourself up and

21:49

not actually risk trying anyone else. Like you

21:51

actually would your heart after a bad breakup

21:53

and avoid looking for that new partner altogether.

21:55

Well, let's face it. Sometimes we can do

21:57

that with hires as well. And trust me,

21:59

guys, I I've been there, I get

22:01

the thought of bringing a new stranger into

22:03

your business actually fills your heart with more

22:05

anxiety than it does love and joy. But

22:08

when you post your jobs on LinkedIn, you

22:11

can actually feel the confidence that you will

22:13

find the right person for the right job

22:15

fast because LinkedIn isn't actually just another job

22:17

board. LinkedIn has a vast

22:20

network of more than a billion, billion

22:22

with a B professionals which makes it

22:24

the best place to hire. Because guys,

22:27

it gives you access to professionals that

22:29

you actually can't find anywhere else.

22:31

And so LinkedIn does all that

22:33

while making the process easy and

22:35

intuitive which then makes hiring with

22:37

confidence easy when you have that

22:39

many quality candidates. And it's so

22:42

easy in fact that 86% of

22:44

small businesses get

22:47

qualified candidates within 24 hours.

22:50

So post your jobs for

22:52

free at linkedin.com/Lisa, that's linkedin.com/Lisa

22:55

to post your job for

22:57

utterly free. And of course

23:00

terms and conditions always apply. Oh,

23:03

what about men? Someone's asking what about men? Yes.

23:05

So apparently, as you can see, I get very

23:08

excited. Apparently, there's a male brain book that's come

23:10

out. I haven't read it yet. So I actually

23:12

can't speak to it. But I definitely want to

23:14

read it. Like I said, I'm trying to get

23:17

that woman on the show. Because when I think

23:19

about what can really freaking help women is that

23:21

let's break down the brain and let's see how

23:23

we could use our understanding to better our life

23:25

anyway. So trying to get her on the show,

23:28

and definitely working on it. I may even take this clip and

23:30

send it to her as a tactic. And

23:33

okay, so if you guys are just

23:35

joining me, I am doing a Instagram

23:37

live roulette and I'm choosing people to

23:39

come and join me. I have no

23:42

idea what who you guys are. So

23:44

just taking I'm gonna pick a dude.

23:46

Come on, Rob. And

23:49

how long someone's asking how long it takes

23:52

to transform myself? God,

23:54

you're there. Hi, Lisa.

23:57

How's it going? Yes, how are you?

24:00

Pretty good, pretty good. So I'm

24:03

making a online course

24:05

for creating a

24:07

morning routine. And

24:10

so I was gonna,

24:12

I tried getting on

24:15

Gary Vee's live

24:17

and asking him, you know, how do you

24:19

get in contact with people? I want to

24:21

start interviewing people like you,

24:23

like Tom, like

24:25

Gary and ask you guys about

24:27

your morning routines. And I just

24:30

figured this is the best way to do it is

24:32

just hop on, on the lives. This is

24:35

so freaking smart of you. Yeah,

24:37

this is awesome. This is so awesome. I

24:40

was wondering, do you have a morning routine?

24:43

And I do. So, by the

24:45

way, I just need to give you

24:47

kudos for this. Like I want everyone watching

24:50

to really take note, because I so

24:52

freaking admire people that think outside the box.

24:55

And I don't want to do all the

24:57

questions, I will get to it. But I

24:59

just want to give you kudos for thinking

25:01

outside the box. One of the guys actually

25:03

works for us now, who is like one

25:05

of our top top team members. He tried

25:08

every avenue to get a job interview. And

25:10

so he was applying for every job possible.

25:12

And he interviewed with me. And I thought he

25:14

was amazing. And then someone else in my team was

25:16

like, I can't believe he tried to sneak in. He

25:18

interviewed with me too for a different position. And I

25:21

was like, wow. Yeah,

25:23

but that's invented it. Yeah,

25:26

exactly. So I just give you kudos for that.

25:28

Well done, dude. This is so impressive. Thank

25:30

you. Thank you. What

25:32

is my morning routine? I've

25:34

actually adjusted a bit because of

25:36

the quarantine. But typically, I get

25:40

up, I now my routine is

25:42

I get up and I write my Instagram

25:44

posts. And I found that being

25:47

creative in the morning, like writing is

25:49

actually for me the best time in

25:51

the morning. So I have started to

25:53

write as my kettle is boiling. Once

25:56

the kettle is done, and once I'm ready, I

25:58

post it, I make my coffee, I then

26:00

go down to the gym and I work

26:03

out. And so the reason why I do

26:05

that is, A, I

26:07

get creative in the morning, so I write,

26:09

then I listen to music. Music is such

26:11

a massive inspiration for me. I can change

26:14

the mood like that by just putting on

26:16

like a 90s Britney song,

26:18

you know, or putting on something that's going to get

26:20

me going. So I've

26:23

got the creative out of me. I've got

26:25

now music to really get my emotions going.

26:27

I then start dancing in the gym in

26:29

between my workouts because again,

26:31

so I go from being intense, focusing

26:33

on the weight and then I allow

26:36

my body to move and really

26:39

enjoy the rhythm. So do

26:41

you do that after you

26:43

do your morning post?

26:46

Correct. Okay. Typically

26:49

I'm finding myself now that I'm writing

26:51

in the gym on the floor. I

26:54

have no idea why, but I sometimes

26:56

just don't question what I do. Like

26:58

for some reason I find the floor comfortable and for

27:00

some reason I get creative on the floor. So

27:03

it is what it is. Yeah, that's

27:05

cool. I like coffee when I

27:07

work out. I don't drink water, but I

27:09

do this. So I have this much

27:11

coffee and then the rest is hot water.

27:13

That's my way of taking in hot water.

27:16

Okay. Plus for my digestion, I

27:18

don't know if you know Radi Shetty,

27:21

but Jay Shodd is wild.

27:25

She is really big into Ayurveda and

27:27

she did this one post about how

27:29

cold water can mess with your digestion

27:31

if you have a slow digestive system.

27:34

So since then I've stopped drinking cold

27:36

water because I have massive digestive issues.

27:38

That has been huge for me. So guys,

27:42

anyone with a bad back just stopped

27:44

drinking cold water. So that really helps.

27:47

Yeah, because your stomach has to work twice

27:49

as hard to get it up to your

27:52

body's temperature. Exactly.

27:54

So I immediately stopped

27:56

drinking cold water. I drink hot

27:58

water. Working

28:01

out for me is my

28:03

sanctuary. It's my time where I

28:05

switch off and I just focus

28:08

on me. It's rather

28:10

a meditation because I'm counting and

28:12

I'm counting the reps and I'm

28:14

challenging myself. But over time

28:16

I started to realize I was actually working

28:19

and working out. So I was

28:21

like answering text messages, answering posts. And that's when

28:23

I started to get, I'm taking

28:25

away the joy of what I love

28:27

doing. So again, for

28:30

me, I develop a habit and a routine, but I

28:32

do notice this, I start to slip out of it.

28:34

So when I start to slip out of it, I

28:36

make sure that I push myself back in. So

28:39

the last week I've been telling people, my

28:41

phone is off when I work out. I do not answer

28:43

any text messages anymore. So

28:45

things like that. I was just gonna ask

28:47

you that. If you cut

28:49

off like text messages or,

28:52

I mean, I know you're writing your posts, but

28:54

as far as like input

28:56

from your phone, like

28:59

your output, you're creating, you're

29:03

not allowing stuff to come in and kind

29:05

of like dictate your day. You know

29:08

what I mean? Yeah, and that's actually

29:10

hard for me. That isn't natural. I

29:13

still wanna be there for people that if

29:15

they're texting me, but it's like at some

29:17

point I have to realize that, especially

29:19

while being quarantined because no one has

29:22

this like in real time face to

29:24

face, it's like you're getting text messages

29:26

and emails and slacks and you know,

29:28

and I think everybody, I'm not in a

29:30

unique situation. Everybody's getting like

29:32

a lot more input. And so for

29:34

me, it's, this is in my control.

29:37

So how do I make sure that

29:39

the input isn't controlling my day, isn't

29:41

controlling how I feel? And so

29:44

I just have to take action. And my action was

29:46

switching off my phone on the

29:48

weekend. I actually switched it off. And

29:51

on my stories, I deliberately said, I'm

29:53

switching off my phone for the weekend. That way,

29:55

anyone that follows me, friends, family,

29:58

literally anyone knows. Yeah. Meet? You

30:00

mean like I don't? Then he. You

30:03

and times you that every weekend. Or.

30:05

In the time for this mean that are now.

30:08

Now so I found out that bad. Stuff

30:10

is now like a lot of pressure on him

30:12

because we have family. Yeah, The Times.

30:15

And I'm just not not. After nine

30:17

months I bought the common sense and yeah

30:19

it sounds overwhelming he would tell me because

30:21

I'm not just like played on him like

30:23

I used to deal with it and they

30:26

said that. So that's really kind of

30:28

been my morning routine right now and I

30:30

sadly time and I should say and I

30:32

sadly don't meditate that. The truth it's It's

30:35

not sad because they don't make suominen

30:37

Esa into S So and your thoughts.

30:40

Are that some Zola I'm working on? So.

30:43

I'm how how long is

30:45

your morning routine. You

30:50

know, And is there

30:52

a certain time that you get out like

30:54

why does it like six o'clock get up

30:56

or. We. Buy an alarm.

30:58

Or yeah, so that's something that Tomlin I

31:01

did said some many years now we just

31:03

we go to bed early, we go to

31:05

bed at nine and we wake up the

31:07

we're up so ads are good because we

31:09

wanted to look as status important to us

31:11

said. Okay, oh hi.

31:13

There. Thank you so much for.

31:15

The Clear: Now that you're I really appreciate

31:17

it. Thank you. And. Despise

31:19

us All Tomlin said I was

31:22

meeting. Are you. At bye

31:24

bye bye. Guys

31:27

if you are just. Doing.

31:31

All mad over the I am. I am answering

31:33

questions like do and it's not a minute for

31:35

our comments on on seen them and or if

31:38

you want to join me and zoo in a

31:40

split screen join such as pen the requests an

31:42

urban a decent shouts as well let me know

31:44

where you're calling farm and of my picks I

31:47

am a question. Ah,

31:51

certain Jumping the Juju Smith And in

31:53

Japan Jujitsu have a playlist on Spotify

31:55

you can share. I actually do so

31:57

I have the populace playlist I have.

32:00

One on cache to them offense but I had

32:02

one. could fat off. Of. Course I'm a

32:04

got the little mosey the southwest and because all

32:06

of those sort of thing I think make a

32:08

difference when i get into the gym and i

32:10

go to press something i want on the that

32:12

some parents so but my little a major even my

32:14

good morning alarm has like it was smiley face

32:16

i. Am so it's

32:18

nice. But yes I do have a

32:21

spotify and a have another one that's

32:23

cool. The old school that has like

32:25

oh god I'm showing my age now

32:27

but it has an amazing tool from

32:29

the early nineties. it has like early

32:31

early he has seen as squad similar.

32:33

That good stuff and got some Britney in

32:36

mass so and one flight of stairs. What?

32:38

I'll maybe you're in my stories and co

32:40

two that's why pop and share my as.

32:42

Spotify. If you buy the interested in.

32:46

All right so as to overload

32:48

people on I'm going to ask,

32:50

why would he did? Concussion grenade?

32:53

Do a Instagram join us? Questions

32:55

possible? Try this. And.

32:59

This is interesting. Sorry guys, I'm.

33:03

Not. Exist on the whoop whoop

33:06

effect or what makes you being

33:08

spied on motivated throughout the whole.

33:10

That and. That's.

33:14

Half so the whole day. The

33:16

truth is I'm not always motivated throughout the

33:18

whole day. I'm just not gonna be as

33:20

you guys with an issue a high let

33:22

me know how you do it but the

33:24

question and for had what she'd go in

33:26

and there are times where is that right

33:29

now you guys see me as like Pete

33:31

energy which is one from the do these

33:33

in the morning because by the time of

33:35

the into the dice I'm exhausted and and

33:37

so Another thing is I actually don't hold

33:39

true to make use of I am motivated

33:41

every day or all day because I think

33:43

that's just as a lot of frickin' pressure.

33:45

So and. What I think

33:47

it and said also depends how you

33:49

went down the motivation means to you.

33:53

So. I am I and and productive

33:55

all day and every day I tried

33:57

to be but I made sure that

33:59

and. I understand it says. You edson

34:01

your flows right just like energy. So

34:03

they were going to be murmurs one.

34:06

super motivated I'm going across yes and

34:08

then other times I'm not. Usually I'm

34:10

super motivated when it comes to thing

34:12

that I absolutely love doing so you

34:14

don't have to persuade me that has

34:16

to offer the twice. So right now

34:18

I'm producing and what I'm when an

34:20

amazing ride off as to create a

34:22

graphic female graphic novel could do Wish

34:25

Academy so we're creating characters were writing

34:27

the script right now I'm so freakin'

34:29

excited I literally and acosta thinking. About

34:31

this I think about it in my sleep I

34:33

wake up excited so you don't have to tell

34:35

me twice to do it said that's also announcing

34:37

his at one of the thing that getting you

34:39

so excited that you jump out of bed for

34:41

and no other things in my business I'm not

34:43

excited about but I know is necessary in order

34:45

to take that next that in my dreams so

34:47

I'm I'm I'm with of of the dream I

34:50

don't miss of the were my myth of of

34:52

be So as an example. And.

34:55

We will. Impact. Theory Studios

34:57

will win an Academy Award. I'm saying

34:59

publicly now we will win Academy Awards.

35:01

Were producing content we're creating ip we

35:04

will win a when maybe a year

35:06

from now. probably not likely to detect.

35:08

move on to make a movie, but

35:10

like, and five or ten years. But

35:12

I'm so hell bent on that and

35:14

I'm so dedicated and committed and excited

35:17

about that. The when I have to

35:19

do stuff for I really don't enjoy.

35:21

I just remind me of when like

35:23

Academy Awards are. Actually, haven't this visualization

35:25

in my might. Have been on That end

35:27

stage and my husband during the Super Romantic

35:30

Zip. On camera while we're getting

35:32

nailed. Kevin the award and fan. So let

35:34

me tell you the day the unseen crappy,

35:36

the days I'm dealing with logistics of days

35:38

I'm dealing with issues in the company they

35:40

will. I just feel like shit and I

35:42

really just I want to do anything I

35:45

just one one with of upholding the Academy

35:47

awards and I allow myself to feel it's

35:49

which then and is that fuel the fire

35:51

right is like literally motivation to me and

35:53

passion is a frickin' fight if the key

35:55

point few over otherwise it will dissipate. Said.

35:58

Everyday our momentum. On that vision

36:00

of hold an Academy award plus I've

36:03

been a line it was the I

36:05

truly am excited. They truly am excited

36:07

about about meeting movies, about creating a

36:09

graphic novel for women. I think about

36:11

what I was like when I read

36:13

that eleven you need all those shitty

36:15

about as of and I didn't have

36:17

competent. What are the thing that that

36:19

eleven you have lease. S should have had

36:21

it is this plastic models so. As

36:23

you can see I'm very passionate about I remind

36:25

myself am helping the eleven year old niece of

36:27

I Didn't Believe has self. And

36:30

so I'd make sure the on thorns you. Have

36:32

live an hour right and the

36:34

meeting that any case cause you

36:37

off just joining me I am

36:39

and taking questions like and I

36:41

am soon Instagram v let's add

36:43

that were on just choosing people

36:46

to come on. And.

36:55

Now they're be that's okay. Let's.

36:58

See. Who we got? we got. And.

37:02

Know by I'm gonna go with.

37:05

Amy. Lot.

37:08

Of questions how do you deal with

37:10

lows or yeah that's a good one

37:12

M O O O my should call

37:15

it our some The answer question how

37:17

do I deal with loads this? it's

37:19

while she was B M that's all

37:21

the and love from India. And

37:24

so nice to me. Who.

37:27

Usually. That spots with a

37:30

mindset and an emotion rights like I'm

37:32

I'm not feeling good about myself and

37:34

and so when I start to feel

37:36

like that I go back to what

37:38

I've been training myself or this time

37:40

to next. So what do I know?

37:42

Okay, when I flew low about myself

37:44

it usually means that maybe something a

37:46

city is happening my life. Maybe it's

37:48

just might my cycle. Why? And my

37:50

period cycle is actually all my emotions

37:53

all I'm pushing me towards to object.

37:55

I can't just right now how I'm

37:57

feeling the emotions. Or I am.

38:00

It's quick, it's how I feel. So another

38:02

my my my sons are trying to trick

38:04

me right now and feeling shitty but now

38:06

I know the i can com audible. So.

38:09

I go to the to find a seat.

38:11

It's super fucking importance whether I didn't like

38:13

to think of it or not. sleep is

38:15

important to. If you're feeling low make sure

38:17

you get plenty of gets. We should be

38:19

you go to bed. I think our i

38:22

know that us seems like everyone's saying that

38:24

is so fucking truth like we don't swear

38:26

it's and sleep we don't throw says nutrition.

38:28

V the the think the immediately I

38:31

was going to because. Those are like

38:33

the base think I know A and sleep

38:35

and nutrition great. Now I'm getting those and

38:37

I'm still seeing life's how do I what

38:39

to on my emotions or table i look

38:41

of what I'm low about so is A

38:43

in my relationship is in my business. Then

38:46

I start to break that down. I'm

38:48

really trying to think of the

38:50

and quicktime example and can't really

38:53

think one of sense. but let's

38:55

say so and. This.

38:57

Our I Am. I'm feeling low about my

38:59

relationship with my husband and to some reason

39:01

I'm just that when I'm not feeling super

39:03

connected and unappealing weighed about myself and and

39:05

so when I spotted notices let's get irritable.

39:08

Okay well I know this is an emotion

39:10

and Miles know I can control set. What

39:12

do I do I miss like asleep I

39:14

it miss you have I get these nutrition

39:16

and I pull myself out of this oh

39:18

I allow myself a certain amount of time

39:21

to feel like the attendees you feeling like.

39:24

It is often our my was

39:26

you want I don't use super

39:28

depressing music. I've given myself an

39:30

hour because I used to find

39:32

myself beating myself up overfeeding like

39:35

that. so now sometimes I give

39:37

myself an allocation blood magic. I

39:39

feel shitty about yourself. Give

39:41

yourself an hour but one that reaches hours

39:43

up you better believe I'm going to flip

39:45

a switch that music is gonna stop Some

39:47

been seventy bucks them i bore brought with

39:49

his i see just missing tied on breaks

39:51

my heart for to love that song. It's

39:54

so hot that if you know that some

39:56

by the way announcing the my age where

39:58

the humbly my hobbies any back to Sue

40:00

for hard though only God and then I'm

40:02

going to stop the immediately and put on

40:04

Britney Spears and start or like in fact

40:06

I'm listening to I'm A Survive. On.

40:09

Survivor from a boy and business child

40:11

and I just don't see it from

40:13

the top of my lungs. So much

40:15

by the pool. Rookie with boston like

40:17

crazy because she thought someone was been

40:19

shrunk. but this is my singing voice.

40:21

The literally upon the survive and of

40:23

us are less and I'm just like

40:25

look at my hands and unspent I

40:27

could go on a bus. So many

40:29

but those are the immediate things I

40:31

noticed. Was. Me out about emotional

40:33

and down. At

40:36

Sundance A shout out. Samples from

40:38

40:48

40:51

40:53

Let's. See if you guys I am

40:55

40:58

41:12

41:31

41:34

41:36

that. might have to get. My. Husband

41:39

and I a big fan of

41:41

you and ah we. We.

41:43

Watch you guys all the time. Since

41:45

I get money you ask a question.

41:48

I'm one of my cousins is

41:50

I have a hard time picking

41:52

one thing to focus. On

41:55

self. I have

41:57

so many interest than are different

41:59

process and. working on, mostly

42:01

in social media. And then I have

42:03

different interests, whether it's social

42:06

media, video editing,

42:08

photography, really

42:10

into fitness and nutrition. But

42:14

I can't take one thing to

42:16

come to and give them

42:18

my all. So I feel like I'm never

42:20

really succeeding or living up to my potential

42:22

in any of them because I'm doing a

42:25

lot of things at the same

42:27

time. Yeah, well, the great news

42:29

is you have many things that you love doing,

42:31

44:25

ever north.com since wonder he I.

44:32

Said I started with bought because the

44:34

set the Decepticons because we get so

44:36

caught up in this like oh my

44:38

God damn what's the deal? The amazing

44:40

thing is you have so many things

44:42

that you love doing that now it's

44:44

like you're in an a beautiful opportunity

44:47

and a beautiful positions is false navigating

44:49

So the Me: I love art, what

44:51

I wore a lot, I love working

44:53

out, I love my husband, I love

44:55

media and and I love health. So

44:57

I had all these different things like

44:59

you were had all these love and

45:01

the question. Is what are you wanted

45:03

to every single day and not

45:05

just do for yourself? The kids.

45:09

And that was a three a password and not

45:11

just the Us up in the me the my

45:13

say that it's I love for kids are are

45:15

as a kid all I did the school I

45:17

love the it smells like under control with a

45:19

living I'm going it paid for This is the

45:22

best thing ever and I started to do more

45:24

to sell or to do for other people and

45:26

I hated it. Because

45:28

people because I knew how to make a

45:30

living I'll say it meant now I kinda

45:32

still when I wanted to see now I

45:34

was being forced to jewel when I didn't

45:36

want to watch I was in web designer

45:38

things like while I was forced it's to

45:40

create a website even though it was with

45:43

plans I didn't as and have a connection

45:45

with. The then I slot

45:47

is that oh, hang on a minute

45:49

this thing I absolutely love. I'm not

45:51

enjoying some doing it for money. And

45:55

so where is that? The fine my now

45:57

with health hazard? Okay, if I could

45:59

watch, hell. and get paid for,

46:01

that's actually more interesting than art. But

46:04

I prefer art to working out. So it's

46:06

kind of like you have to take these

46:08

things that you love, I would say put

46:10

them into buckets, and start seeing which of

46:12

the ones you're willing to make money from

46:15

and do daily, and which

46:17

of the ones you're not. So I

46:19

love creating content. I'll make content even

46:21

if it's not about me. So

46:23

right now I do a lot of content

46:25

with me in it. But if I

46:27

wasn't in it, and I

46:29

would still love to do content. If I was getting

46:32

paid to do it, I would still love to do

46:34

it. If I wasn't getting paid to do it, I

46:36

would still do it. So that's where I started to

46:38

decide when we went from question nutrition to what our

46:41

next company was going to be. That's why we did

46:43

impact theory. Because we were like, what is the thing

46:45

we can do every single day? Work to make money

46:47

out of it, be proud to make money out of

46:49

it, and still want to show up every day. Art

46:52

wasn't that for me. The working out wasn't that for

46:54

me. A lot of people asked me

46:56

to share my diets and my workouts. And I

46:58

started to think, could I make money off

47:00

this? Like as a business, I probably could. The

47:03

thing is, I don't want to. Because my health

47:05

is so personal to me, I

47:07

need to make sure that I'm going to create

47:09

that line and that boundary. And when you're asking,

47:12

when you're trying to make a business out of

47:14

it, when you're trying to ask people for money,

47:16

how on earth am I going to make that

47:18

boundary for myself? And be like, oh, yeah, sorry,

47:20

guys. I know that you've committed to following me

47:23

and my workouts. But now I want to stop.

47:25

Like that doesn't feel aligned with what

47:27

I'm trying to do as a result. So

47:30

for me, empowerment just oozes out

47:33

of me because

47:36

I can't help but frickin' talk about it all

47:38

the time on the things that I'm struggling with

47:40

and the discoveries I'm making. So whether I was

47:42

getting paid for it, not getting paid for it,

47:45

I would do this all the time. Content,

47:47

I would do all the time. But the

47:49

other things, I really wouldn't. So right now,

47:51

for you, as I'm saying it, what are

47:53

the things that feel true to you that

47:56

you were like, I could do this all

47:58

the time, every single day without failing? I

48:00

mean with fading but knowing that you want to

48:02

get back up again. It's

48:05

so tough. As you were

48:07

talking, bells were ringing in

48:09

terms of, you know, it makes sense. I

48:11

like working out, but do I

48:13

want to do it

48:16

for money? Not necessarily. I

48:19

run content accounts for my dogs and

48:22

for a dog page in general. And

48:25

I love it, but I always have the line

48:27

of like, they're my kids. Do

48:30

I want to make that into a business

48:32

and like do it focused on money? Not

48:34

really. I like to do it for fun. I

48:37

like content

48:39

and because I know how to

48:41

edit and do photography and do

48:43

the graphic design, like you said,

48:46

there's been companies, but then I struggled

48:48

which company really aligns with me that

48:50

I want to create content for. So

48:52

like I enjoy doing content, but finding

48:54

that niche that I would want to

48:56

do content for, not just, you know,

48:59

create five pictures that

49:01

match our, about

49:03

food and post them three times a day. Like that's not

49:06

really what I want. I want, makes

49:08

me feel good and I have

49:12

trouble deciding that. But

49:14

what you said definitely gives me

49:16

a new perspective of really thinking

49:18

about it a different way and

49:20

maybe trying to narrow it

49:22

down more into what I'd be interested in.

49:25

So I really appreciate that. Oh cool.

49:27

I just want to take it one step

49:29

further actually, because then what is that bigger

49:31

vision? So for

49:34

instance, there's so many people that are like,

49:36

oh my God, I love baking cookies. I

49:39

make the best freaking cookies on the planet and

49:41

everyone's like, oh man, you should open a bakery

49:43

store. Your cookies are amazing. And then

49:45

people go into it, open a freaking bakery and hate it.

49:48

Why? Because running a business isn't easy.

49:51

Like once you've gone from baking cookies

49:53

to, oh, I need, do I do

49:55

a store? You Know,

49:57

do I sell from a store or do I

49:59

sell from home? Oh, well, what are the rules?

50:01

the regulation as selling said all I need employees

50:04

a case how to watch you know and I

50:06

need a h all the plumbing have I have

50:08

employees of the I cover them in health spikes

50:10

that it becomes so much bigger than just freaking

50:13

baking cookies. See that people don't the when it

50:15

becomes a business what are you willing to do

50:17

to that extent and effects a quota I love

50:19

and I'm going to post it in the next

50:22

couple days. I think she is what Are you

50:24

willing to die for. And. Live for

50:26

it! Now

50:29

that five minutes remembered as a soldier. Interview.

50:32

To: I don't know who's and who shows

50:34

up My home. That's a separate What Are

50:36

You willing to suffer? Suffer for it when

50:38

you're not just what are you willing to

50:40

do for fine, but what are you willing

50:43

to suffer for? The. Because

50:45

the truth is is I'm not willing to

50:47

suffer from my aunt, my aunt too precious

50:49

to me ever put myself in a situation

50:52

one gonna suck the floor way. So it's

50:54

like you have to ask yourself these questions

50:56

of blood. what else are you willing to

50:58

suffer for A what are you willing to

51:01

because it's going to be certain amount especially

51:03

it's contents were you're giving yourself over to

51:05

at. And. Say I swear

51:07

it's like are you willing to do that

51:10

and you have to ask yourself like we

51:12

call it the no bullshit question Why Like

51:14

no bullshit what is actually going to take

51:16

if you want to be successful in X

51:19

y Z? So you know For us it

51:21

was though the studio in our house the

51:23

we could save money and you know. Things.

51:26

Like that so but it's than a bullshit

51:28

and then you can't hide from anything because

51:30

now everything's why in your face which I

51:32

love. Yeah. Yeah

51:34

no absolutely stinky. So nice. Really if

51:36

is using the time like again? So

51:38

side honestly our so anxious about time.

51:41

I admit I don't know why I'm

51:43

hiring Butterflies in case you on sight

51:45

of feel so much better now Thanks

51:47

yeah so much and I just want

51:49

you to be the main examples. Wealth

51:51

everyone Al that with it's we get

51:53

so caught up in not air in

51:55

in our heads a bullet of nerves

51:57

and it's like. hopefully would

52:00

kitty chills. Right? So

52:02

like facing your fear and I freaking

52:04

love that you did it because when

52:07

anytime that we do face that fear

52:09

it becomes like another notch in our

52:11

belt of reminding you to remember when

52:14

you were fearful it never ends up being that

52:16

bad. So yeah. Yes. Awesome.

52:18

Hope you have a nice day. Bye. All

52:20

right guys. Everyone I think you

52:28

really like that question. Me too. I

52:30

really like that question. All

52:32

right. So I'm going to answer a few more questions. If

52:34

you guys are joining either drop them in the comments or

52:36

request a live roulette.

52:39

Sorry. I'm trying to read and

52:41

I'm trying to pick. I forgot

52:43

what I'm saying. All right. So

52:45

I'm going to do another live

52:47

roulette. It has your questions. Hey

52:49

guys and I'm answering. Let's

52:55

have a look. Shegan.

52:58

Shegan. All right. Well

53:00

sending love from

53:06

Sweden. Thank you Christopher. Hi.

53:08

Hi. How are you doing

53:11

sweetie? I'm doing great. How are

53:14

you doing? I think it's a

53:16

nice. What's your name? Where are

53:18

you calling from? I'm sure

53:20

going to be calling from India. Oh thank

53:22

you. Got a lot of Indian fans. This

53:24

is awesome. Yes. Yeah. You're

53:26

amazing. I'm so a stone. Thank

53:29

you sweetie. So what's your question? So

53:31

the question

53:33

is how do you deal

53:35

with the fear of unknown

53:38

and how do you take a narrative of

53:40

the world? So it is basically coming

53:42

from the point of through that I'm done with my

53:45

graduation now and I'm going for my master's and

53:48

so now that I'm preparing for my master's

53:50

I'm doing LLM. It's master's in law and

53:53

I'm going to the UK for it. So

53:55

I am very anxious. I've got my acceptance from

53:57

the medical. I just said that I was gay.

54:00

But rather than talking to my

54:02

seniors who are there, who

54:04

are making it and who are dealing with

54:06

it, it just seems so much. It seems

54:08

like, will I be able to

54:10

do it or how will it turn out for me?

54:13

Will my dreams come true or will I

54:16

get stuck in a position that I'll be

54:18

very hurt and would want to come back

54:20

home? Yeah. Well, so first

54:22

of all, thank you for being so open and vulnerable.

54:24

That is an amazing question. There was a few questions

54:27

and I want to make sure that I really answered

54:29

them all. But yeah, thank you

54:31

so much for sharing that. So

54:33

the first question I have is, if

54:36

we draw down the fear itself, what

54:39

are you actually fearful of? I'm

54:42

fearful of not making it.

54:45

Not making it in your degree or

54:48

not? What do you mean by not making

54:50

it? Not

54:52

my degree. I'm concerned about my

54:54

degree. But after the employment. I

54:57

know we are together. But what's

54:59

amazing though is that you have confidence,

55:01

right? You're already confident in halfing. So

55:04

what's interesting is you have super confidence

55:06

in math, but you're worried about the

55:08

unknown, right? And that's

55:10

actually, I think, the biggest thing. OK,

55:12

so are you saying you're confident in

55:14

the career, sorry, in the degree, but

55:17

you're not confident in what job or

55:19

that you're going to succeed in the

55:21

job after, that specifically? OK. What

55:23

is the worst case situation if you don't

55:26

get a job? That

55:28

I'll have to come back to India. OK.

55:31

So if you have to come back to India, what

55:33

does that mean to you? It

55:35

is nice. I wouldn't mind working here, but

55:37

I've been there before, first on exchange program.

55:39

And it was amazing. I like the work

55:42

culture, the opportunities I got

55:44

there, and exposure, and the people I

55:46

meet. And I feel here I'll get

55:48

a little restricted to those opportunities and to go

55:50

to my best optimum level that I can. So

55:53

I want to make the most of those

55:55

opportunities being there and getting an employment out

55:57

there. OK. So.

56:00

Bigger thing I would say is like you

56:02

you're putting a lot of pressure on yourself

56:04

and so how I would handle it is

56:06

I go to what is that was a

56:08

similar to the worst case marreese you posses

56:10

agree A super confident map at the unknown

56:12

of getting a job is super difficult of

56:14

the have to figure out visas and things

56:16

like that I'd get. It's like being from

56:18

England and and wants you to be in

56:20

the film business. I had no idea if

56:22

I'll ever get Eighty Two America or what

56:25

that looked like. It has so many people

56:27

saying you're had some in the clouds are

56:29

crazy but the great. News is it up

56:31

to you if you keep going or if

56:33

you give up. Gave

56:35

up to you how old you mind me asking how

56:37

old you are. And Twenty two.

56:40

August, Twenty Two. So let's assume

56:42

that's just. Assume arguments: Are you

56:44

going to live so noisy? The.

56:47

Bad news media of I used.

56:49

To ambitious. Okay, so eighty

56:51

I wouldn't I wouldn't To be very with I

56:54

see I need you to believe what I'm about.

56:56

Perfect. So how. Eighty years old. That

56:58

modern game. Last. Year again, there's

57:00

any. So you got this:

57:02

a H D. Fifty.

57:06

Eight years to work on getting

57:08

what you want in life. So.

57:12

Why is now you've put pressure

57:14

on yourself to come to America?

57:16

was always go to England? That

57:18

right? New England, England England And

57:20

within the first year with the

57:22

settings, Yes to have all your

57:24

dreams come true. That's

57:26

that's that's that's that's a very

57:28

high bar. The effects for yourself.

57:31

right? Now I love it. I freaking love setting

57:33

high balls. but what am I do as

57:35

I sat high balls. But. Probably

57:37

kind of knows I'm not gonna get that

57:39

so if I know I'm not necessarily going

57:41

to get back, what am I gonna do

57:43

about it says it's a was to scenario

57:46

was case. You. Go to England you

57:48

you knock out the park with your degree

57:50

but then you have to go back to

57:52

him as that's the Indian. He

57:54

is. Now what are you gonna do?

57:57

You. Said the you're worried that you may not make. It

57:59

is in. Control. When

58:02

how how do you fight said on. How.

58:04

Much Much. How much Do you truly believe

58:06

that you're meant to be in the Uk

58:08

and that you will find a way? It

58:10

may take you a year and they teach

58:12

you to use. It may take you five.

58:15

Years But if you okay with

58:17

the and you know for my

58:19

dream. You can't keep up. The Dream after a

58:21

year. If you're gonna live another fifty years

58:23

down, the years will commence. Read the Now

58:25

is one of the stepping stones you're going

58:28

to do in order to get that and

58:30

the first thing where I stop and it's

58:32

about beneath. Me:

58:34

And. It's a odds with

58:36

do you believe that no matter

58:39

how long it's gonna take you,

58:41

you're gonna get there. Because.

58:43

He nothing in life is easy so that's

58:45

what I do I got. I know I'm

58:48

gonna get their lives and Academy awards. It's

58:50

so good basis for me to think I'm

58:52

gonna win Academy award. I

58:54

sundays in school and that was twenty years

58:56

ago I started. So why on as to

58:58

why? Think I have the decency to when

59:00

the kids in the award. Because.

59:03

I believe it's possible. To. That's

59:05

the perfect. I just believe it's possible. Second,

59:07

a book is the I know it's gonna

59:09

be a long time since it's not going

59:11

to be overnight Sixty years. Don't just feel

59:14

like you've got this one shot. Once.

59:16

You get the degree but this one's home

59:18

from. If you don't like using a whole

59:20

dream you know all failed that you can't

59:23

think atlanta think that as with so many

59:25

people get that is a look at this

59:27

phenomena that this is my one chance and

59:29

what happens is maybe they don't get it

59:31

and then they give up. Widely.

59:34

Used you make that from

59:36

India and. When you come back to

59:38

India it is up. See you Do

59:40

you give up. Oh geez! As

59:43

amazing as. The one other fifty eight

59:45

years what other pending for other strategies. Still

59:47

only I get death twenty one in the

59:49

and ships why place to another much but

59:51

you've got so many options. Bucket.

59:54

Will come back down to. When.

59:57

That happens. Do you believe in

59:59

your. that you're going

1:00:01

to pick yourself back up and figure it

1:00:03

out. Like it all freaking starts from there,

1:00:06

someone even just put perspective is everything. It

1:00:08

is so true. So like even all the

1:00:10

tactical things I can give you into like

1:00:12

don't give up, apply back to London, go

1:00:15

for a job, like all of this is

1:00:17

all tactical. Yeah, but

1:00:19

it comes back to what? Do

1:00:23

I believe? I think I do believe even if

1:00:25

I have to come back and in the worst

1:00:27

case scenario whatever happens I think I would want

1:00:29

to get up and go back

1:00:31

and do it. Exactly and

1:00:33

we get so trapped in the

1:00:35

fear of what if it doesn't

1:00:37

that we ignore the power of

1:00:39

what if it does? What

1:00:42

if it does works? What if it you know what if in

1:00:44

a year it works? What if in ten years it works? Sorry

1:00:46

about to say something. I

1:00:49

was about to say that I believe and I feel

1:00:51

whatever you said. I feel so

1:00:53

light listening to whatever you just told

1:00:55

me because I couldn't sleep last night

1:00:57

thinking about how will I figure it

1:00:59

out but now speaking to you I

1:01:02

think that I believe in myself and

1:01:04

the best part that I liked

1:01:06

about the conversation was the 58 years. It

1:01:08

does not one chance. It's the belief that

1:01:11

I have in myself that even if I

1:01:13

have to come back I will get up

1:01:15

again and I'll do it. Like I'm ready

1:01:17

to suffer. Exactly and

1:01:19

like you have the confidence in your

1:01:21

ability to go through college right? You

1:01:23

said that from the beginning. So now

1:01:26

it's and maybe that's because over your

1:01:28

lifetime you've got those wins right?

1:01:30

It's like maybe you're very great

1:01:32

academically so you've been getting the wins

1:01:34

you've been getting the great grades so

1:01:37

you've been leaving yourself. The problem that

1:01:39

we find though is that when we

1:01:41

enter a new arena we don't necessarily

1:01:43

have those wins yet so we don't

1:01:46

have the ability to believe that we

1:01:48

can and so what I would say

1:01:50

is give yourself like in fact

1:01:52

I'm gonna stop like that you've got the win

1:01:54

because you've got into the school. Yeah.

1:01:58

Okay so massive

1:02:00

win. So even

1:02:03

if like it takes you another one or two years to

1:02:05

get another win, you've got a massive win,

1:02:07

you've got into the school. So getting

1:02:09

in, getting the win, believing in yourself,

1:02:12

oh you got it. Now you've

1:02:14

got another 58 years to get to that

1:02:16

dream. Yes thank

1:02:18

you so much. Thank

1:02:20

you so much. And my

1:02:22

pleasure. Thank you so much.

1:02:24

Thank you so much for joining. Well

1:02:27

I would wish you luck but it's got

1:02:29

nothing to do with that. It always has

1:02:31

to do with your ability. So I

1:02:34

believe you're gonna do it. I believe it. Thank

1:02:37

you so much. Thank you. All

1:02:40

right girl. Take care sweetie. Bye.
