The third guest is Mrs. Joy McLaughlin Harris and she shares how she made the shift from self-employed to business ownership with her new book making the shift.

Finally, 4 resources that you can use right now to take your business to the next level. Education is the key to your success in this industry.

The second resource is the Professional Beauty Association which is an organization of over 100,000 members that is dedicated to elevate, unite, and serve the beauty industry. They have a few different ways that you can join. . For more information head over to probeauty.org.

The third resource is not a beauty resource or organization but it is a resource that has helped me tremendously with leadership and public speaking. This organization is called Toastmasters. Toastmasters is a international organization that has helped people from diverse backgrounds become more confident speakers, communicators, and leaders. This is not a free resource, however the fee is minimal. You can head over to toastmasters.org for more information.
