How do you convince yourself to *Start* something when you're still learning? We learn to help ourselves and learn to help others, but how do we share the things we've learned? Information changes constantly. Life-long learning continues.

When we have many diverse interests (writing & massage & podcasting & yoga & antiques...) how do they tie in to the work we're doing? Our deeper Self work and the work and energy we share with others combines "all the things." (Yes, Amy's hands were encompassing the whole space while waving in the air during this part of the convo.)

Stuff. There's lots of 'stuff' in our lives. We talk about the energy flow in our lives, including those antiques (and the ghosts), that we work with. Sharing an old item with a blessing means passing along better energy for others. And how it's more than "just a doll" or "just a collectible" and we feel like we need to hold these memories for others. The conversation becomes "is this mine to carry?" as we discuss Worth vs Memory. How do we realize what we're keeping for the right reasons and how do we let things go in a healthy, non-regrettable way?
