Join me and my good friend Genesis while we dive into how shame deeply impacted our day to day lives and our perspectives on ourselves and others. We discuss shame as it relates to our romantic relationships, our ideas of ourselves, growing up in church, rejection, etc. 

Brene Brown has incredible work and research on shame if any of you want to dive deeper and do some shame work in your own life. I highly recommend digging and finding the root. The freedom on the other side of shame is absolutely worth living into and something I believe God wants for us. 

My hope is that our vulnerability and willingness to dig will inspire you to be open and honest with yourself first and inspire you to not settle for having a shame wound. Do the work and heal.
