There will be times where you're feeling super inspired and productive that you'll wanna do a bunch of things at once. Do try to refrain from that, not only will the outcome of your work be a little sloppy, but you'll find yourself losing time and energy.
THE BEST PRACTICE: Batch your work. This means allocating certain times of the day to conduct one activity. Try to avoid responding to emails while making calls. Try to make calls at one time of the day, the same thing with emails, do that at one point then you can continue doing other activities (in batches) try to mix and match them at the same time.
