美中冷戰持續升溫! 為確保美國半導體戰略產業不再受中國製造商箝制，美國參眾議院希望通過 《美國晶片法》，以投資獎勵的方式刺激半導體回流。此法堪稱是美國隊半導體產業有史以來最大的獎勵政策，台灣的業者目前也在加緊布局，與美國產業進行整合。

Semiconductor remains a top strategic priority for US national security, albeit its recent decline due to supply chain outsourcing.  CHIPS for America Act is a bipartisan, bicameral effort to incentivize semiconductor manufactures and developers to reinvest in America.
