0:43
That's right . This is the Wealth for Generations
0:45
podcast and I am one of your hosts
0:48
, ian Weiner . I am not
0:50
here with my co-host , todd Wiley , today , but
0:52
we do have a special guest and
0:54
I think we're going to have a great conversation today
0:56
. I am here with Jasmine
0:58
Rara from the Greater Bentonville
1:00
Chamber of Commerce . Yes , jasmine
1:03
, welcome .
1:03
Hi , thank you . I'm happy to be here
1:05
. I'm excited to
1:07
learn more about you all
1:10
and as well as talk about the chamber
1:12
and what we're doing and what's
1:14
new and what's hip and what's coming . We're
1:16
excited .
1:17
I'm excited to hear that , because I'm
1:19
more out of the loop than I would like to be
1:21
, frankly , and so and I know
1:23
you're the exact opposite , you are the in
1:26
the loop person , and so you
1:28
know , we , we met um a little while ago
1:30
at our grand opening or at Todd's grand opening
1:32
Um , and I just was
1:35
um , just kind of captured
1:37
by your energy and your passion and what you're
1:39
working on , and so I'm hoping that you'll
1:41
share that with us today . But tell us about your
1:44
title , your official title , and what you do , and
1:46
I want to talk about how you got here . And then what
1:49
you're liking about being here .
1:50
Yeah , so my official title ready , it's long
1:53
.
1:53
Okay .
1:53
It's the Director of Community Development
1:55
and Education .
1:57
Okay , hang on , I'm taking that Got
1:59
that . Okay .
2:00
Yes , and so part
2:02
of my role is really going out
2:04
to the community and gaining
2:06
those partnerships , as well as some
2:09
of the programmings that we have at the chamber , and
2:14
one of them is our business women's conference and this is where we
2:16
really empower our women , business entrepreneurs
2:19
, local businesses , to
2:22
expand and think outside the box
2:24
. And also , I think the most important
2:26
thing is to let them know that
2:28
we are a resource for them
2:31
. We're here for them , we're here to support
2:33
them . We want to see you
2:35
grow . And so
2:37
our Business Women's Conference back
2:40
in the day it was before the pandemic
2:42
it was this big one , you know
2:44
day conference event where you have a keynote
2:46
speaker and breakout series . Because
2:49
of the pandemic it kind
2:51
of halted , but the community
2:53
told us that it was still needed
2:55
, so we made it into a smaller
2:58
scale four part series every
3:00
quarter . That's great , and each quarter we
3:02
talk about different topics
3:04
every
3:06
quarter , and each quarter we talk about different topics . It could . Last year we talked
3:08
about health equity and what that looks like . The one that's upcoming right
3:10
now , on March 26th , we're
3:12
going to talk about leading through change , and for
3:15
me it's the beginning of the year , it's
3:17
a new year . So let's really look at the foundation
3:20
of our community and our
3:22
community leaders and then
3:24
hearing from them and
3:26
seeing how they were able to
3:29
rise above all of the intricacies
3:31
of the pandemic and then their personal life
3:33
, but still was able to give
3:35
back positively to the community where
3:38
they created leaders themselves and
3:42
then , moving forward from that , I love
3:44
it .
3:44
These are , to me , one
3:47
of the things that I want to do with this
3:49
podcast besides just talk about
3:52
money stuff is to share these stories and
3:54
the stories that are in
3:56
our community and the stuff that's happening , and I
3:58
think , as many times as
4:00
these stories are shared , they could still be shared
4:02
a little bit more . Yes , and so that's
4:04
. I love that . My wife is
4:06
an entrepreneur , which we talked about , and so I'm like , okay
4:08
, I need to get her involved in this because , you
4:11
know , it's it , being
4:13
an entrepreneur is so different than being , you
4:15
know , an employee , and it's not necessarily good
4:17
or bad , it's just . It's just different . And I think people
4:19
need to know that there are other people like
4:21
them that are working through
4:24
the same things .
4:25
You know the life of an entrepreneur
4:27
is like a roller coaster all the time
4:29
. Yeah .
4:30
And it can be easy to get get overwhelmed
4:32
. So , yeah , I love that , oh
4:34
good , but
4:39
I want to ask about you . Know , speaking of stories , I want to talk about your story a little bit , because you're not . You're
4:41
not from here originally , so how did you get here ?
4:43
So I came from Southern California . A
4:46
lot of the reasons why we moved here is
4:48
because of family who needed support
4:50
, and so we looked
4:53
at my husband and I looked at each other and we're
4:55
like you know what ? We have the opportunity . My
4:58
biological daughter is off
5:00
, you know , to college . And
5:02
so I was like , okay , let's , let's
5:05
go . And we packed
5:07
, we , we sold a lot of our stuff , we packed
5:09
up our two cars and drove here
5:11
.
5:14
This . It's a story that many folks
5:16
you know , that hear this or like you know what ? That's kind
5:18
of what happened with us . That's what happened with us . So
5:20
you know , we just kind of did it and here
5:23
we are and you know how's
5:25
the change been . I mean , what's the besides
5:28
allergies .
5:30
Um , I think I think we moved
5:32
here blind so I didn't really know
5:34
what to expect . I didn't really hear
5:36
anything about arkansas so I
5:38
had my own stigma and I was kind of
5:40
fearful . But good thing my husband
5:43
used to live here .
5:44
I was going to say how did you find this place ?
5:48
So he knew what was a dynamic
5:50
of the community and whatnot , so
5:53
he put us in the perfect location . We
5:56
used to live in Rogers in the Pinnacle
5:58
Heights area , and to me it looks like if
6:00
you've been to Orange County , it looks like Irvine
6:02
, and
6:05
now we've settled and um
6:07
planted roots and we have a house in bella
6:09
vista I love it , that's exciting
6:11
.
6:11
I just it's it's fun to talk about
6:13
. You know how folks get here , because
6:16
not everyone is from here . Yeah , you know , and and
6:18
the folks that are from here , we appreciate you and your patience
6:20
, you know . But , um , so , coming from
6:22
from southern california , uh
6:25
, would you give us some context on traffic
6:27
? How's the traffic here from your perspective
6:29
?
6:30
I mean , now that I feel like I've
6:32
been here , it seems like , okay , there's
6:34
traffic everywhere . But
6:36
I have to put it in perspective . I have to
6:38
step back for a second and think
6:41
about okay , you're not on the 405
6:43
, which is , if you've
6:45
never been there , it's bumper to bumper , two
6:48
miles . It will take you 30 minutes
6:50
, 30 , 45 minutes to get there .
6:52
It's like , as far as you can see .
6:53
Yeah .
6:55
Backed up .
6:56
So when there is traffic , I do have to
6:58
gain perspective and just
7:00
think about okay , well , at least this isn't
7:02
. You know , in California you had
7:04
to do this , so it'll
7:06
take a while to get there , but it won't
7:09
take you two hours to get there , my
7:11
goodness .
7:13
I know Well . I appreciate that , because
7:15
sometimes I get a little frustrated with
7:17
some of that construction on J Street
7:19
right now . But you know what ? Yeah , it
7:22
could be worse .
7:23
I think we have to just be patient
7:25
, because as we're growing , we're
7:27
growing so fast A
7:29
lot of the things are kind of overlooked
7:33
or wasn't understood
7:35
.
7:35
It's growing pains when you're growing . Stuff
7:38
has to break a little bit .
7:39
Yeah , so be patient . And
7:42
I tell myself that too .
7:43
And it's going to continue to happen . But
7:46
I think the big picture is I think
7:48
it's going to be generally positive overall and
7:51
I think you probably have a pretty interesting
7:53
perspective on some of this getting to see kind of the inner
7:55
workings of this happening and getting to see a
7:57
lot of different types
8:00
of small businesses and how they're growing
8:02
and adapting of small businesses and how they're
8:04
growing and adapting . I
8:08
want to just hear some things that you're thinking are interesting right now , or
8:10
some of your favorite kind of stories of what you're seeing right now .
8:12
So one of the partnering organizations
8:15
that are our members is
8:17
Ozark Regional Transit , and
8:20
what they're doing is phenomenal
8:22
.
8:22
We're big fans of that . Yes , what they're doing
8:25
is phenomenal .
8:25
We're big fans of that . Yes , and growing just their transit line alone
8:28
, as well as having a door-to-door
8:30
service for $1.25
8:33
.
8:33
That's amazing .
8:34
It's like I haven't heard of that before
8:36
and it's very concierge
8:39
and very intentional for
8:41
the community . And to me that's
8:43
just amazing because
8:45
it provides accessibility , it provides
8:47
freedom , if it just it
8:49
just provides also barriers to people
8:51
that can't , you know , have that access
8:53
, or from Fayetteville
8:56
all the way to you know , NWAC
8:58
, it's like you just get
9:00
to ride there , and so that's
9:03
really cool in knowing that it's
9:05
growing . And again , please
9:07
be patient , there's a lot
9:10
of cool stuff happening . And
9:12
then also , as you probably know , a
9:14
Bentonville
9:17
Moves Coalition , um
9:23
, a Benville moves coalition . They're helping , you know , looking for active transportation and
9:25
different ways to um get from point A to point B without
9:28
using your car . So so
9:30
really allowing that access for for
9:33
our community , which is almost an
9:35
active community .
9:36
Jessica Pearson right , she's kind of spirited in that . Okay
9:38
, my wife is also Jessica , so it's like they
9:40
know each other and so it's like I remember that name
9:43
. Yeah , that's a really cool . I
9:45
mean , these are infrastructure things that
9:48
are beginning to come up
9:50
because of all the folks that are moving
9:52
here , and I think that's a really cool thing to see
9:55
sort of the
9:57
nonprofit but also like kind
9:59
of business sector solve some of those problems . Yes
10:01
, yes , that's what we're passionate about . That's
10:04
the way stuff should be handled If you see a problem
10:06
, fix it .
10:07
Exactly exactly , and I feel like for the most
10:09
part people , our
10:11
community is patient because they know what growing
10:13
pains are and they know that
10:15
with our economy , growing
10:17
is more opportunity , that
10:25
with our economy , growing is more opportunity . So so , just having that mindset and perspective
10:27
of , okay , look at the bigger picture , it's going to going to be , it's going to benefit
10:29
all of us at the end of the day
10:31
.
10:32
I think that is definitely
10:34
the key thing to keep
10:36
in mind as it continues to grow . I'm
10:39
curious you know what are some
10:41
? Um , you know you guys
10:43
. You said you're in , you're in Bella Vista
10:45
and coming from Southern California
10:47
, you know that's , that's a change as far as like outdoors
10:50
and lifestyle stuff . Have you found some
10:52
like favorite , you know like
10:54
things to do or restaurants ? I'm
10:56
just curious , what , what you , what you like
10:58
? I'm a food person , so I always like to ask .
11:00
Okay , you're a foodie , so as
11:02
far as restaurants , I haven't
11:05
found my favorite . We
11:07
meal prep , so
11:09
it's kind of hard to just go
11:11
, but we
11:14
are outdoorsy . So the reason
11:16
why we chose Bella Vista is , for me
11:18
, it was the picturesque
11:20
of what it looked like living
11:23
in Arkansas , where I could go in the backyard
11:25
and all of these deer are
11:27
like— .
11:28
You're in the Ozarks for me .
11:29
Yeah , going through my yard and
11:31
hearing all the coyotes
11:33
and seeing
11:36
fox , and I'm just like in California
11:38
, southern California , you don't see
11:40
that . So it's still . I'm still in awe
11:42
every time and I'm like take out your phone , get your phone
11:45
, record this , this is what's happening , and I send
11:47
it to you . Know , my friends in California and they're
11:49
like , wow , that's cool . I'm like , yeah , that's my backyard , it's
11:51
right there . Yeah .
11:55
That's amazing . We talked a little bit before
11:58
the show but I want to get your take on kind
12:00
of the change of seasonality here I think
12:02
that's really interesting . So in California
12:04
it's pretty steady all the time .
12:06
Yeah , for the most part there's , I
12:08
would say , less than 10% of
12:10
rain , and when it does , everybody freaks
12:12
out .
12:14
It's like if there's snow in Dallas , it's a national
12:16
emergency .
12:17
Yeah , but I
12:20
think this season I love it . I love
12:22
the change in the seasons , I love the
12:24
fact that if I
12:26
get too hot , it's like , okay , just wait
12:28
a little bit and it'll get cold
12:30
, or the breeze will come , and
12:32
to me that's it's . I
12:35
mean , I was
12:37
born in the Philippines , so you know
12:39
, like a tropical island and always hot
12:41
. So , I've always been drawn to
12:43
the cold . I think I will regret
12:46
these words when I'm older , but
12:50
for right now , it's the four
12:52
seasons is fun . It's
12:54
fun , it's exciting and it's magical
12:57
.
12:58
I think that's really interesting . I
13:00
just I came from a similar well
13:02
, I came from Colorado originally . It's
13:04
exciting and it's magical . I think that's really interesting
13:06
. I just I came from a similar well , I came from Colorado originally , and so I'm used to very
13:08
defined seasons and so it's this climate reminds
13:10
me of that . But it was just interesting hearing
13:14
how big of a change that is . I
13:17
want to ask too
13:20
when people think about the
13:22
Chamber of Commerce I
13:28
don't know , like there's different ones and they have different , it's like can be kind of confusing
13:30
a little bit , you know , for people who are either have an established
13:33
business or are starting a business . How
13:35
should they interact
13:37
with the chamber and what should that experience
13:40
look like ?
13:41
I think it should be a positive experience
13:43
. Again , if you don't know
13:45
, the purpose of the chamber is to help economic
13:47
growth . So , with that in mind
13:50
is bringing in new
13:52
companies , and that could include big
13:54
and small companies . But for this
13:56
particular chamber , because
13:58
we're such in a great niche
14:00
right now where there's a lot
14:02
of local businesses , that's
14:05
what we want to also focus on is our local
14:07
businesses again and helping them grow . And
14:22
to me , what my colleagues and I , the more
14:24
you'll get results from it .
14:26
That makes sense , and that was what I
14:28
was going to say is . You know , my
14:31
thought is it's probably you kind of get out
14:34
of it what you put into it , yeah yeah . I like the
14:36
gym membership analogy there , because
14:38
I could probably use a couple extra
14:40
days there . So
14:45
what kind of events do you ? So you mentioned a little bit
14:47
about the women's events
14:50
what other types of events do you guys do
14:52
Kind of walk through , like even just what a month looks
14:54
like for you and also like I'm just curious what your day-to-day looks like
14:56
for you and also like I'm just
14:58
curious what your day to day looks like Cause . I don't think
15:00
people understand like you know when
15:02
. When I hear you know chamber
15:04
of commerce , I think like , like gears
15:07
and stuff . But it's run by people like you . And
15:09
so I want to like flesh that out a little bit
15:11
.
15:11
So it's run by wonderful , passionate
15:14
individuals that really want
15:16
to help the community . Um , my
15:19
is again going out to the community
15:21
and just being a resource
15:23
for them , helping them bridge the gap
15:25
of wherever they need assistance
15:27
. I always say , if I don't know
15:29
the answer , I'm sure I know somebody who
15:31
does and I could connect them . We're
15:34
the connectors for
15:36
our community . A
15:38
day-to-day to me is meetings
15:40
and admin
15:43
stuff and coordination . March
15:47
has been really busy with our Business
15:49
Women's Conference , but we do have
15:51
our State of the Chamber on April
15:54
16th and this is
15:56
where we really celebrate
15:58
our community and , as well
16:00
as the premise of
16:02
the State of the Chamber , is celebrating
16:05
again the foundation of
16:07
our community , which are the
16:09
Arkansans , and then also
16:12
integrating and celebrating the transplants
16:15
. That's really also helped
16:17
us evolve with
16:20
such diversity that
16:22
we have in our community now .
16:25
I think that's really cool . We'll
16:27
put a link in the show
16:30
for that . How
16:32
many business owners do you talk to on
16:34
a daily basis ? Like 50 , 60 ? I
16:36
mean , you're probably just all the time
16:38
talking to different people . It's like 50 , 60 .
16:40
I mean , you're probably just all the time talking to different people , like today , I probably
16:42
just from one lunch , I
16:44
probably met like 10 entrepreneurs
16:47
. That's awesome . Yeah , it's awesome
16:49
because I love to learn
16:51
and I love to genuinely get
16:53
to know people and get to understand
16:55
their whys and , again
16:57
, like I am a natural connector
17:00
I'm
17:03
a natural like I love to help people . That's , that's my background , is non-profit
17:05
, so so for me to to be able to
17:07
help , whether big or small is , is
17:09
a huge win for me I love that .
17:11
That's kind of what , what drives you and your
17:13
, your focus there . Yeah
17:15
, um , I think that's . I think that's
17:17
really neat . I
17:23
forgot what .
17:23
I was going to ask .
17:25
Hold , Todd , hold , we can cut that Water break . I'll
17:32
see what part of the recording that
17:35
is so that I can tell him , so
17:39
that I can tell him
17:43
. So , when you're thinking about
17:47
what the community is doing
17:49
in the next few
17:51
years , what are some of the things that you're excited
17:54
about ? I mean , of course , these quarterly events . That's really
17:56
fun , but what are some other
17:58
things that you're starting to see and
18:00
you don't have to give away any , any secrets but that
18:02
that just you're you're
18:12
excited about .
18:12
I am excited for our new CEO , brandon he . He has a vision and his vision is really leading the community
18:15
and bringing putting it together in a sense
18:17
, like an example is when
18:20
I mentioned small businesses are the majority
18:22
of
18:25
Bentonville , bella Vista , northwest
18:28
Arkansas , and we really again
18:30
want to be purposeful and intentional with
18:32
helping these small businesses and
18:34
he's you
18:36
know . We've created this kind of lunches
18:41
where we invite five
18:43
to seven members to have lunch with
18:45
him and just have a casual conversation
18:48
on what can we do better ? Or
18:51
we are here , no matter how busy
18:53
we are . There's
19:03
always time to help an
19:05
individual , to help a member , to
19:07
help them be engaged or
19:10
to direct them to marketing . Again
19:13
, we're a resource for them and we
19:16
want to be able share
19:19
that to the community , no matter
19:21
how busy we are .
19:22
That's really high touch . I mean to be doing
19:24
small , you know , lunches like
19:26
that . Yeah , that's really cool that you
19:29
know . I've only interacted with him
19:31
briefly , but that is the sense
19:33
that I get is that you know , this is , this
19:35
is a passion for him .
19:37
You know he's not just kind
19:39
of a figurehead there and he's not paying kind of a figurehead there
19:41
, and he's not paying me to say
19:44
this no , he's very genuine and he
19:46
really truly has a vision for
19:48
the chamber and a vision for
19:50
how we serve
19:53
our community .
19:55
I think that's really important and what
19:57
I'm hoping is that you know business
20:00
owners and people that are
20:02
thinking about starting a business are listening to this
20:04
going . You know that
20:06
that's something that I would
20:08
want to be part of . I
20:11
want to be with people who are
20:13
passionate about the same things that we're passionate
20:15
about , even if there's different business interests . I
20:18
think that's something where the small
20:20
business community I say small , I mean that could be
20:22
100 employees the
20:24
small business community in northwest
20:27
Arkansas is fairly
20:30
tight-knit and growing pretty quickly . I mean
20:32
, we're underappreciated in terms of
20:35
what sort of economic
20:37
activity happens . You don't think of Arkansas as being a small
20:40
business hub , but it really is .
20:41
Yeah , and I think that's really cool and
20:44
I think what makes it special is that
20:46
the community has an ? And
20:48
mentality . It's
20:52
either buy from me or
20:54
buy from this person . It's buy from
20:56
me and this person , and so
20:58
it's a really , like you mentioned , a tight-knit
21:00
community where we all want to see
21:02
each other succeed . There's
21:05
taking away the siloness of the
21:08
different chambers or the different
21:11
cities and really getting together
21:13
and showing the community
21:15
that hey , we're all here for you , as
21:18
you know as a chamber , and whether
21:20
you utilize us or you know the other chambers
21:22
in the cities , but at the end of the
21:24
day , we're all one community .
21:27
I think that is a really important
21:29
thing because there's because , in
21:31
the way that people talk about this region
21:33
and they talk about it as Northwest Arkansas , there's
21:36
some brilliance in that , and I don't know if it's unconscious
21:39
competence or it was designed that way , but
21:42
it builds a sense of unity
21:45
and community that's outside of the actual
21:48
city lines and
21:51
I think that's a really key thing that
21:53
people don't realize as much .
21:55
Yeah .
21:55
You know , because whether you're in Benville or Bella Vista
21:57
or Rogers , you're still in . You know , you're
21:59
still in Northwest Arkansas , yeah , and that
22:01
brings people together and I think that
22:03
it's very clever the way that the
22:06
Greater Benville Chamber of Commerce has , you
22:08
know , attached to that and
22:10
is encouraging that , because those lines
22:12
are blurring more and more , and I think that's a really good
22:14
thing .
22:15
And I think that's what we're . One of the things we're proud
22:17
of the most especially the
22:19
staff is is again going
22:21
out there . No matter you know what
22:23
barriers there are , we always try to
22:25
find a solution where it benefits
22:28
everybody .
22:29
I think what that , what that suggests
22:31
to me and this has been my interaction with you
22:33
guys so far but there's
22:35
definitely an abundance
22:38
mindset that everybody has . It's
22:40
that and thing that you said . There's
22:42
no reason that everyone
22:45
can't do . Well , this
22:47
is not a zero-sum game and I
22:49
think that's really important and
22:52
it's contagious , and
22:55
the more that that continues , the
22:57
better that's going to be .
22:58
Yeah .
22:59
So that's really exciting to me .
23:00
I think that's just part of being positive .
23:02
Yeah .
23:03
Having that positive outlook and positivity
23:06
is contagious and and
23:08
spreading that out to the community
23:10
. And what does it hurt ?
23:13
I think that's such a simple
23:15
but great way to say that , because I
23:18
find that , you know , despite all of the challenges
23:20
that we have with growing and the growing pains , there
23:22
is this underlying
23:24
positivity that a lot of folks in this area
23:27
have , and I think that attracts people
23:29
together and that causes
23:31
that to to continue , yeah
23:33
, and I think part of that is people
23:35
want to genuinely
23:38
engage in conversation
23:40
.
23:40
So if if somebody doesn't understand one thing
23:42
, there's this and there's people
23:44
that is willing to have
23:47
that understanding and or empathy within
23:50
the conversation and really provide
23:52
education for so
23:55
that person can really understand and
23:57
or grasp
23:59
what is happening .
24:01
Yeah , yeah , I
24:03
think that's a big piece , and education is
24:05
. There's no downside to educating . There's no
24:07
downside to educating , and I
24:09
think that's something that I've
24:11
seen that you guys do
24:13
really well and continue to do . What
24:17
other things are you excited
24:20
about right now that we haven't gotten to talk about ?
24:22
Yeah , so we are partnering
24:24
more with the Rogers Lowell Chamber . We've
24:27
already had , I think , a handful
24:29
of networking events
24:31
that we partner with them and
24:38
again this is exciting to us because it's again taking away all those siloness within the community
24:40
. And for new members , we have our members perk on
24:43
March 28th and this is
24:45
where if you're a member
24:47
already , a new member , or you
24:49
want to decide to see what
24:51
you know , if it's going to benefit you , we provide
24:54
that educational piece as well and
24:56
definitely networking at
24:58
the end of that . Networking is
25:00
a huge proponent of
25:02
the referrals of businesses
25:05
, right . So again , it's
25:07
like a gym membership the more you put in , the
25:10
more you'll see results .
25:12
So for folks who are , you
25:15
know they have a business , maybe
25:17
they're not as connected . You know , what
25:19
would you tell folks , you know , to
25:21
kind of encourage them to step out a little bit , Even
25:23
if they're more like some people , are a little bit more introverted
25:25
with these kind of things , you know ?
25:27
Yeah . So what I say is
25:29
that look
25:31
for chamber staff and let
25:33
them know hey , I'm new . Or
25:36
what we do now is we have this new
25:38
sticker program where it's like I'm new
25:40
and so we have an ambassador
25:42
who will introduce you . And
25:45
it's very understandable that not everybody
25:47
is comfortable just walking
25:49
up to strangers , and we
25:51
completely understand that . So we will
25:54
hold your hand , in a sense
25:56
, and to make sure that you feel comfortable
25:58
enough to want to put yourself
26:00
out there . To help to make
26:02
those connections , yeah .
26:05
I think that's super helpful , and so if someone
26:07
either wants to learn more about events
26:09
or learn more about the chamber , what should they do
26:11
? What should those steps be ?
26:13
Yeah , so they can go to the greaterbettenvillechambercom
26:15
. There is an event section
26:17
there and all of our events throughout the
26:19
year is there , whether they're paid
26:21
events or they're free events
26:24
.
26:24
Okay , yeah , Awesome . And if someone wants to
26:26
like sponsor an event , do they talk
26:28
to you . You're the person .
26:30
I'm the person I love it . It's jrara
26:32
at greaterbettenvillecom .
26:34
We will add that in the
26:36
show notes there for people
26:38
to reach out to you . Well
26:40
, it's been so lovely chatting . I hope you'll come
26:42
back to the show again when we have some
26:44
more updates .
26:45
Definitely .
26:46
Anything that I didn't ask that I should
26:48
have .
26:50
I think we hit all
26:52
the bullet points and again , thank you for
26:54
having me .
26:54
It's a pleasure .
26:59
I'm excited to just be here and be part of this community
27:01
. As a transplant , it's exciting to feel
27:03
like this is home .
27:04
Yeah , I definitely
27:06
get that a lot . I
27:09
feel that pretty deeply . So
27:12
thank you , Jasmine . We will talk
27:14
again soon and look forward to
27:16
seeing you at the next event .
