Brody is from Ankeny, Iowa. Stud high school athlete, he was offered scholarships by both Iowa Baseball and Football, and that's what brought him to Iowa City as he was most interested in being a 2 sport athlete. He is now the Ace for the Hawkeye baseball team in his Junior year, and is considered the 17th best Pro prospect in America. We discuss his journey into collegiate athletics as a 2 sport guy, and why ultimately football had to be left behind last spring to focus on baseball. We talk about where his pitch speed is at today, how last fall he was able to add a pitch to his arsenal, how more free time has allowed his body to feel better and more prepared for the season, and what he sees in this years squad.
