It's my first episode of the new season! Solo episodes are hard for me. I suffer from serious imposter syndrome. As you can see from the title of the episode, this is basically a stream of consciousness in regards to the pressure I (and most people) put on ourselves - whether that's in relationships, the bedroom, or just life in general. I talk about accepting every version of myself and the pressure to perform on social media. We get deep.
