that is designed to boost your energy.

When we need energy, we often turn

to things like caffeine or sugar, but

these can have negative effects on the body too. What

we need to realize is that our

bodies hold a significant amount of energy

all the time and we just

have to learn how to tap into it. And

this morning meditation will do just

that. So

find a comfortable position that you'd like to

meditate in. For

this meditation, I do strongly recommend that

you sit up as this

is going to help the blood move through

your body and deliver energy. But

of course you can do this in any position

that works best for you. Once

you've found that position, gotten

yourself situated. Just

allow yourself to settle. Take

a nice deep breath in, filling

all the way up through your chest and your

all the way up through your chest and your belly.
