Before every new year starts, we come up with a plan or new goals that we want to start implementing in our daily lives like working out more consistently, reading more books, eating healthier, or whatever it is. And most often, these goals tend to be forgotten and discarded because we either lose motivation or we are not disciplined enough to maintain it. Just like some of you, I have done the same thing for the past few years. I wasn’t being consistent with what I wanted to achieve, I lost motivation, I wasn’t driven enough, I didn’t have a good plan. A lot of it didn’t get done or even started because I didn’t focus on myself as much as I wanted to. Of course, life happens and sometimes you get lost in it trying to please others or because you’re so used to comfort. So, in this episode, I talked about how you and I can start implementing new changes, different structures in our daily lives where we can have fun and get things done.
