I’m surprised that a mistrial wasn’t declared. If witnesses are intimidated, The DA shouldn’t ignore the implication of their testimonies. However, I noticed something that is I find odd, Jermaine claims that Mr.X was interviewed by the Police and specified that Jermaine wasn’t the killer, however, I’m the last quarter of the episode, it was mentioned that witnesses were intimidated by the real killer, so which version is the truth? Mr.X can’t be the nice man that gave evidence for you, but intimidated witnesses that can prove your trial?
