The 2013 Meador Lectures will address the concept of Objectivity and its relationship to law and public policy from different scholarly disciplines and perspectives. We anticipate the series will examine general intersections between law and objectivity, including the different conceptions of objectivity featured in views of the nature of law, legal reasoning, and legal decision-making.
