This is the second installment of a two-part interview featuring Steven Wiggins, a death row inmate in Tennessee. Wiggins was convicted of fatally shooting Sergeant Daniel Baker from the Dickson County Sheriff's Office. Following Baker's murder, Wiggins attempted to incinerate his body.
