I’ve known Fernando for many years and highly respect his knowledge of project management but particularly in some of the technical areas such a Earned Value Management. This extension is a new indicator, the Realization Performance Indicator or RPI, that behaves the same as SPI and CPI, but measures the current forecast of benefits against the forecast baseline.
