What does it mean to spiritually progress line upon line? What happens when you consider layering precept upon precept collectively, not just individually? Has the nature of God seemingly changed throughout the scriptures? Or is it us, meaning humanity, that's changing, allowing the way God interacts with us to evolve? Are we being prepared for a spiritual awakening unlike anything we have seen before? How do we know? Has the fullness of The Restoration been dependent upon our spiritual preparedness?
