I am so pumped to keep sharing with you what I have been learning and realizing about how our systems like yoga are really designed to help us learn to work with ourselves, take care of our inner environment, and do that emotional healing that's needed in order for us to tap into the true joy, love and peace within. Yoga teaches that in life we can develop patterns of storing experiences and emotions in a way that is now called trauma; we start to learn that our best bet is to learn to be able to work with ourselves, take care of ourselves, become more mindful and apply an energetic and spiritual approach in releasing and resolving these blockages.
