OOOO GIRL! This episode is that fire you've been needing! Judging by the title, I know it may not seem like a "GET PUMPED" episode, but lemme tell ya, it DEFINITELY IS! We all experience that downward spiral that has us feeling upset, defeated, or just straight up chaotic! In this episode, we're talking about why we experience the spiral, ways to get through it, and how to use it to our advantage. We're talking about our goals and truly digging into the excuses we make versus the actual obstacles that we face in the state of the spiral. Last week I told you to grab your glass of wine; this week, grab your shot glass and some tequila! We're getting really real again, but in a GET THAT SHIT DONE type of way!
